It was super busy! We were very hesitant to get a table but at least management apologized to all of us and said they would help us as quick as possible. Our server was Kristal whom was awesome and accommodating. This IHOP host brand new menus, not the icky sticky ones. The food was delicious! I’m really glad we selected this restaurant. Even being swamped and busy, it is still possible to be courteous, respectful, professional and efficient!

Took my child to get some pancakes. This location was pretty decent. They did have a little bit of a weight but it wasn’t too bad. I overheard a couple behind me say that they wanted crack eggs. I asked them why they said that and they said if not all the eggs are powdered. I didn’t never realized this. I feel that something was held back from me. I asked the waitress to adjust the eggs and she was happy to. The was good. This won’t be a regular stop but I possibly go again in the future.

We placed an order via the IHOP website and had it delivered to our place of business. We ordered an omelet which was good and two Jalapenos Burgers, both burgers by the looks of it seemed like it was cooked for color on both sides and it was completely raw on the inside, and had no seasoning. We called in around 12:15 pm and reported it, the lady on the phone stated that we would need to bring it back to the restaurant and have them look at it for them to do anything about it. We had it delivered because we are at work so if we were able to bring it to them, we wouldn’t have had it delivered in the first place. The online ordering options should also include options on how the customer wants their food cooked.

This Restaurant sucks!!! If I could give it a NEGATIVE 10 I would!! Every time we visit it’s ALWAYS an issue. Most of the time they claim the system is down AFTER you have waited 45 minutes to order. If the system is not down then they take FOREVER almost a hour to take your order. Then as soon as someone finally comes to take your order, they say the system just went down,This has happened SEVERAL TIMES and CONSISTENTLY we are told that the system is down. This restaurant should close down because it is of no Service or use at all. The cashier or manager CORDELL or whatever he is always act as if he DO NOT WANT to be there and acts as if the system is down just so they don’t have to work or take orders. This is RIDICULOUS and frustrating. This I hop should be CLOSED DOWN!!!! INDEFINITELY. Corporate needs to do something, they are loosing THOUSANDS a day because of this behavior from the employees there.

All I can say is between the fly on my pancakes and roaches in the seat where my grandson sat. I will never go there ever again. They need to clean that place up. This is not acceptable. I feel sorry for the lady that waited on us because she was very kind. My stomach still upset from breakfast.
