Kita “Unforgettable” Greenway
Visited on a Saturday around 4 to my surprise it was not busy. We were seated quickly, order taken and delivered quick and hot. The food was fresh and cooked well and as ordered. We also had a great server.

Placed my order at 10:45. Was told it would be ready by 11:22. Arrive to the location and store lost my ticket. Called in to the ihop phone line to advise store could not locate my ticket. The customer service representative stated my ticket was submitted to the Store and resubmit. Customer service representative advised she would talk to management about comping the order, but the manager was rude and refused. At that point it was 11:50. I advised manger that me and my daughter had been waiting for an hour for a meal that they lost the ticket to. Manager gave me an ultimatum, have them make the food and pay for it or don’t have them make the food and leave. A very unprofessional moment. I took the food only because my daughter was so hungry, and advised I will contact corporate. Didn’t get my food until 12:08.

I had a bad experience across the street at Cracker Barrel and was hungry so I went to check them out. My server Brianna I think her name was Amazing! She had a beautiful smile and greeted me immediately. She checked in several times. Food came out quickly and was nice and hot. My omelet could have used a little more cheese sauce but overall good. Will definitely go to this location again.

Very nice and clean restaurant with friendly and helpful staff. Visited during the 11:00 morning hour and there was little weight probably due to staffing issues but still a great experience. The food must prompt and the waitresses were helpful. I miss the flavored syrups at the top of the table because now they bring out small cups of syrup. Even though it was still great food had a great location.

This place has the best General Manager in the regional area..ask for Amy!!! She took care of me after the 1st to go order was delivered wrongfully to another guest!! She ask me to return to the facility and remade my food and topped it off with the amazing sweet tea, to go!! Amy you’re the glue for IHOP keep training those in the restaurant if the use your methods this place will always get 5 stars ⭐️ ❤️ ❤️ ❤️ ❤️

We were told that we would have to wait due to a party of 40 was there. There were several empty tables, but we were not seated. Ihop you have a management issue here. Ihop should be able to handle a packed house without any issues.

I order a pancake combo with 2 strips of bacon, grits, strawberries and banana pancakes. The strawberries and bananas were supposed to be on the side. Why was my banana cooked in the pancake! I can’t eat bananas because health reasons. I asked for it on the side because my mom was going to eat it with her combo. The 6:30pm cook needs to follow directions. Trying to send me to the ER! Follow directions.

Went for breakfast. Maybe 4 parties eating. We were seated with menus and sat there for 15 minutes waiting to be served. No acknowledgement from staff as they walked back and forth. Looked like a 10 year old kid helping bring out food to people who were lucky enough to be served. We left after 15 minutes. This happened once before at this IHOP. Shame on us for giving them a second try. Never again. We went to another IHOP and were acknowledged and served In less than a minute after we were seated.
