Ordered takeout today and even waited an extra 20 min in the restaurant for our food to finish. Majority of the food was warm but still decent. These pancakes I received were terrible. Which was the worst part. This is actually the second time within a 2 month period I’ve received burnt pancakes. My daughter’s kids pancake was cooked nice.

Great Experience at IHOP Carrollton!
We had a really good visit at the IHOP in Carrollton. Our food took a little longer than expected, but it was definitely worth the wait once it arrived — everything was hot, fresh, and delicious. The service was excellent as well; the staff was friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed. Overall, a great experience and we’ll definitely be back!

Thursday evenings is the time to come. Shawna was our server she was great, never let our water glasses tea and coffee get low or cold. Very friendly, our food came out to us very fast, our bacon bourbon burgers were good. The restaurant was clean and a very nice friendly atmosphere, D’Ante was very welcoming and checked to make sure we had everything we needed.

Arrived at 4:30p. Noticed when I arrived inside that there were at least 10 tables that were empty but had not been cleared off from previous guests. My waitress was nice and attentive. I ordered the 55+ Tilapia, broccoli and rice pilaf with two buttermilk pancakes for $8.49 with water. Considering they were no longer busy I do think it took too long to get the order. But it was plated nicely and was good.

Ran out of coffee 3 times, had no silver ware until asked for it, coffee was old & cold if creamer was added, did not get what I ordered, Service was very slow, had to wait too long to ask for coffee, etc. women’s bathroom needed attention. Dirty, out of toilet paper.

The food was excellent. The service was not so great. We waited a little over 10 minutes to be seated. The waitresses were sitting giggling and laughing. The waitress slammed our plates on the table. I guess someone was having a bad morning.
