This was my go to childhood mexican fastfood chain in the Philippines so it was a must try when I was in Las Vegas. Servings are definitely bigger and there’s more sides option vs Philippines. The taste I would say is pretty same. Nice for quick lunch!

Hey you the team at this store you are awesome! Your customer service skills are out of this world! The Popeyes near you could learn a thing or two! The young man in your drive through is a customer service Superstar today is 6-28-25 and I came through around 6:35pm. I’ve been coming to this location for 3 months and the team inside between 6-7 are always polite I’m really blown away I know it’s crazy to be that impressed by this but with the way the world is today you should recognize people for good customer service too many places don’t care and I’m happy to wait and spend my money here because you treat your customers with dignity and respect. Never been served the wrong order either your team takes great care each time. I appreciate you all!

Horrible customer service… the guy at the drive thru didn’t even give us a thank you…. no napkins no forks.i had to eat my salad with my hands ( the avocado on salad had black marks ).. I also asked the guy if my nachos came in with jalapeños.. he said yes and as you know there was no jalapeños. Also the p.a system where you order had a very low volume. Worst pollo loco that I have ever visited.
