If there was a option to give no stars I would. I sat there about 20-30 minutes with my girlfriend. Four families came in after us & got attended instantly and some even got there food while we still waited. MIND YOU they were NOT busy what’s so ever!!!! The waiter looked me in the eyes & didn’t bother to ask if we were helped but asks the family right behind us. We got up from our seat to inform the manager and don’t do anything about it. We truly felt discriminated and are very disappointed in the treatment that was given here.

The service was extremely slow but not the fault of the waitress she seemed to be the ONLY one on the floor. The food I got was not good the biscuit seemed hot but raw or doughy in the middle.

Well, I went here for my birthday to score my freebie. I ordered steak and eggs…. Surprise!!! They were out of the T-Bone steaks.. so I went with the steak tips… They were oddly sweet so I had to just send them back. The pancakes came out cold and were not cooked right. They were basically falling apart. The kitchen was just struggling. Our server Maddy was really good and very nice. We probably will not be back to this location.

We go about twice a year since moving to this area six years ago. Just experienced great service from one waiter. Not sure if he was trained there or came with experience already, but it was refreshing!

I choose onion rings after a min she comes back and says out of onion rings thats alright when taking a order o clearly mentioned no bacon
After 20-25 min of wait for food to arrive on table
They added bacon in it
I have to ask them To remove again
Clearly bit lack of service ..!

Typical IHop fair. Not many customers I suppose because it was Halloween evening. Happy to see that the temperature was comfortable. A good change from my prior visit and review. Suggestions for corporate, add vanilla extract to pancake batter for added flavor.

Walked right in at 9:00 AM on Sunday, just before the crowd. Madeline did a good job serving. Food was good. We had the sampler breakfast platter and pesto egg white omelette.
