I visited IHOP on a Sunday, and as expected, the place was packed–I’ve heard they stay busy every weekend until around 1 PM. Even with the crowd, they seated everyone surprisingly quickly, which was impressive.
Our server was quick, kind, and very attentive. While I was taking pictures, the manager came over to check that everything was okay and even stopped by again later to make sure we were enjoying our visit.
As for the food, it was average. I ordered a build-your-own veggie omelette, and it was my first time seeing all the vegetables placed on top of the omelette with cheese sprinkled over them instead of mixed inside. Not bad–just different. The prices are reasonable, and there are plenty of menu options to choose from.
The atmosphere was lively with lots of families dining together. Overall, it was a fine experience with great service, quick seating despite the crowd, and a family-friendly vibe.

Donna was amazing. She was on top of any need, sometimes before we realized we needed it. She was very attentive as she would consistently check on any needs. The order came out quickly and was accurate. The overall experience makes me want to return when I am back in town. A fantastic overall experience. Clearly the staff is well trained, motivated and well managed. Well done!!!!

I went to IHOP and it was really good. The pancakes were soft and fluffy, and the food came out pretty fast. I got a breakfast combo with eggs and hash browns, and everything tasted fresh. The place was clean and the staff was nice. It’s a good spot if you want a big breakfast and don’t want to spend too much. I would go again.

Excellent experience at IHOP. The service was outstanding very friendly, attentive, and fast. The restaurant was extremely clean and well maintained, which made the experience even better. The food was fresh, well prepared, and of great quality. Everything arrived quickly without feeling rushed. After taking our order, our server disappeared for around 30-35 minutes until he finally brought our food (it wasn’t crazy busy either). Which I get, he seemed new so I cut him some slack. The thing is, he only brought some of our plates. We were missing a few sides. We basically finished our entrees before anyone acknowledged us (we tried getting the attention of multiple waiters) and I had to ask him for the sides since he apparently forgot about them. He got me my coffee as well after I asked and they didn’t even bother to clean the mug. There was a bright pink lipstick stain on my mug and I easily wiped part of it with my finger, meaning that they didn’t even try to wash it. Honestly pretty gross. Didn’t even want to finish the rest of my meal after that. Please do better.
