Took my daughter out to breakfast. Food and Service have definitely improved at this location. Atmosphere was relaxing. Our waitress was energetic and helpful. The Omelet was fabulous. Buttermilk Pancakes are a must have! That blue raspberry lemonade was excellent.

Tay, our waitress was the best. She had a smile on her face the entire time & was very attentive during our entire visit here. My boyfriend & I both cleared our plates. I got the cinnamon roll pancakes & ate 90% of the stack. They were cooked to absolute perfection by the manager. I wish I took a picture of the pancakes when they first came out, but my phone doesn’t eat first.

This location could use some support. There seemed to be only 3 people working, but there was no wait on seating or the food. The restaurant was clean and the staff was friendly. The food was excellent. The atmosphere was great because we were one of 3 tables occupied. We weren’t sure they were open because of the lack of customers. If you want a great meal in a quiet atmosphere, take some time and go to this restaurant.

6/23 – The food was good but for some reason they always over cook the onion rings. The unlimited breakfast was delicious and the Steak was surprisingly good.
The service was ok, with us being 1 out of 3 ppl in the restaurant and the restaurant not being crowded at All the waitre could have made sure the drinks were filled without me having to ask for a refill.
It could have been a little clearer, the coffee ☕️ containers on the table need to be soaked and please don’t go to the restrooms

May 13, 2023 my family and I tried this IHOP location after about 2 years of avoiding it like the plauge. To our surprise it was awsome, food was great, and service was excellent. So imagine our surprise tonight. Upon entering the restaurant we felt as though we had walked into the gates of hell. It was easily 75 degrees. How do I know this? Well it was 74 outside and comfortable in comparison. Rounding up Satan’s furnace the lingering and overwhelming sewer smell added to the ambiance. We were seated next a local resident the spider by the window. Our waitress took our drink order, and promptly returned with drinks, and took our order. I know your asking why we didn’t leave at this point. Honestly it was getting so bad, like a train wreck we couldn’t look away at what was to come. The entertainment for the evening was a great show off what I assume was the chef yelling and generally being disruptive from the kitchen. It was so bad that a waitress actually yelled back at him “LESS TAKING MORE COOKING!” I would like to say the the four different tables with ten customers in total were totally overwhelming the kitchen staff, but perhaps the chef was suffering from heat stroke. After 40 minutes my meal arrived. The classic pancake combo 2 eggs, 2 pancakes, and what I believe to be two cremated sausages. While both my wife and son had to wait another 5 to 10 minutes for there eggs benidict to arrive. While none of us claim to be Gordon Ramsey, and fully understand that one must obviously lower their expectations at IHOP. I’d say that 1 star was generous because the app wouldn’t let me rate it any lower. Sitting on the surface of the sun one can help but need to remain hydrated. Unfortunately our waitress was not concerned with the amount of electrolytes we were loosing due to sweat. Having gutted through this experience we decided it was time to leave. Unfortunately our check was being held hostage by our waitress, who seemed quite annoyed that we were bothering her with her job. Now to be clear we didn’t complain at any time with this “fine dining establishment “. My family and I would rather consume dead road animals covered in ricotta cheese and call it Italian than ever eat in what we now believe to Dante’s 6th ring of hell again.

Took myself to IHOP for my birthday, ordered a Colorado omelet with hashbrowns and a water. Water was the best part of the meal, until I ran out.
Omelet was just sad! Over half of it was just folded egg with a smattering of meat scraps thrown on it. Hashbrowns were cold and tasteless. Later, noted that this was due to them being served off a baking tray in the kitchen window rather than being cooked to order.
Ate 95% of meal without ever being asked by my server if I would like more water. The empty glass sitting by the edge of the table should have been a dead giveaway!
Shout out to Ray, who was not my server, for finally approaching me and asking if I need more water.

Great food. Great service. My experience was nothing short of great. Here I ordered a ham and cheese omelet with buttermilk pancakes and 4 strips of bacon. Very delicious, hot and fresh.

I’ve gone to this place multiple times. Today we stood around for 15 minutes before being told they can’t seat us because the cook says no. The times we were able to eat the food was old or never received half of the order. The 30 minute wait to order even though we were the only people in the place was a complete mystery. We then waited 40 minutes to get the check. It really must be nice to be able to not care if you make tips for doing nothing.

Front lobby needed a deep cleaning. Front desk cashier attitude was not inviting or welcoming. Service was very slow for the customer volume to be as low as it was. But overall, the food was great!
