Terrible food! Steak was so raw it was a red purple color on the inside, egg whites were runny and cold, I asked for extra butter on my toast, I didn’t get any butter, and pancakes were flavorless. I asked about the sausage biscuits and gravy and the waitress didn’t know what kind of gravy it was. I decided to order eggs, toast and pancakes. She also added the sausage biscuits and gravy to order. Which I did not order. Needless to say, it was a sorry excuse for biscuits and gravy (picture attached). Our coffee carafe was filthy (picture attached).

Best experience in months! The restaurant has definitely taken a turn since our last few visits. Our server was YaYa, and she did wonderful and kept checking on us. Making sure everything was okay! The store was clean and the food was great. , will definitely be coming back!

I have been to a multiple Ihop location, but this one is very disappointing, the food take too long, the food isn’t cook right, it even serve cook rotten broccoli as if i will not notice. super dried salmon, powered mashed potato you have to remind the things that is need e.g. utensils, napkins, refill for the drink etc.

This place is ridiculous. They are rarely busy but you wait on your food FOREVER! Today is my birthday, was traveling yesterday all day…just wanted to doordash some breakfast for my bday….NEVER AGAIN! The dasher has been waiting on my food a long time, its on the way but OVER AN HOUR LATER. Even the dasher is complaining how they’re always slow. Was inside Hickory IHOP a few months back and overheard 2 dashers complaining how slow they are. Get it together IHOP. IF MY FOOD IS COLD I’LL BE REQUESTING A REFUND.

Nice and clean. Wasn’t too busy and the service was a little slow. We weren’t in a hurry so it wasn’t a big deal. The food was flavorful and good. Will be back.
1/13/2024 – No one was there at the time we went. I ordered a Jalapeno Kick burger with no onion or tomato. They left the cheese, Jalapenos, and bacon off and it had onions on it. Seems the cook didn’t know what needed to be on the burger nor did the waitress. Everything else was correct and hot.

Truely Blessed
So we went nano last night meeting it’s been almost a year hoping things had changed…well the coffee was old, the plates wasn’t right, ridiculous when you drove 25 minutes to go eat and the ihop hasn’t improved so we went to Cracker Barrel…here’s a few pics from our visit last night.. oh since when did ihop stop carrying regular coffee creamer?? Will that’s what I was told last night! I ordered soft scrambled thus is hard fried then chopped up!!! Smh we left with only paint for my stale coffee

We reserved the meeting room for a 9-person meeting and it worked very well. It would have worked for a much larger group too. There was a nice wall-mounted tv that we could connect our laptop to, and the staff even provided us a printer!
The manager said she just recently took over and is working hard to do good things. We experienced great service and good food.

Waited on a server for 10 minutes at the door when they showed up I told her I needed to table for two she looks at me and said what do you need I replied to her again then she said sorry I didn’t hear you and takes out her ear pods. I told her it ok and I left out of the restaurant. There is always a issue here a this location.

Waitress took our order then disappeared. When we did get our food by a different waitress it was cold. Wife ordered eggs that were not cold and got uncooked eggs instead. Definitely not like the other ihops I’ve been too. Won’t be going back.

I ordered the BOGO breakfast platters through Uber eats. The hash browns were burnt black bricks that couldn’t be eaten. I ordered bacon with both but one had sausage that was burnt black as well. The eggs were scorched beyond being edible. The only edible thing was the pancakes. If I could give 0 stars, I would! Simply nasty!
