I’ve been here a couple of times already and the food was great! The service was awesome and even when they had low staff they were really accommodating. I would definitely recommend going here! I got the bacon cheeseburger when I went and it was really good.

We love Ihop, and eat at one as a treat when traveling. We came to this ihop and waited to be seated even though it was virtually empty. (The hostess was heard asking servers who would take us in their section???) I attached a photo of the milkshake sign on every table. We ordered 4 shakes only to be told that they had NO ICE CREAM. Seriously. My kids were not given crayons and had to ask 3 times to get some. The waitress was just okay, the food was good.

Tonight the service was good and the food was good and timely. In the past we’ve had a long wait when there were only a few other tables occupied. We spotted a few friends and said hello. In conversation they mentioned they had waited 40 minutes for their food. When we walked in tonight several of the wait staff were sitting (I’d really rather say lounging) in a few of the booths. I know they weren’t busy, but it seemed a bit unprofessional. One staff member was remarking (whining about) how tired and hungry he was. When we came shortly after this location opened, it was good and the waitress was awesome. Shortly after that, we waited for 45 minutes and received cold food. After that we stopped coming. We gave it another shot, and today I wasn’t disappointed but it still seems it’s hit or miss.

We were visiting the area even though it’s not far too far from were we live, but we live till come up to the mountains a few times a year. We were excited to visit IHOP because it’s been a while since we’ve been. Before leaving town we decided to catch a what we thought would be a good breakfast for us and our children but the experience was not pleasant as we thought it be. First, off were couldn’t sit were we preferred because there wad no one to clean the table as we were told and we were chill with that. Secondly, and most importantly it took our food almost two hours to come out and we had to inquire about it from our waitress and found out the food was just sitting there. By the time she brought it to us it was not good nor warm at all. She only responded that she would tell them to turn the lights up for the next orders and apologized. I really can’t believe we paid for that. We are really patient and understanding people, but this was a very unpleasant breakfast and just put a damper on our exciting experience we were looking forward to. Lastly, the area around us stayed dirty and one waitress even dropped a nasty dirty utensil on the floor next to us that she nor others ever picked up while we were there.

Amazing service and outstanding food! My family and I went here on Easter and I can’t say anything bad about the experience. Our waitress was very nice, checked on us often, and made sure we were satisfied throughout our visit.
The food, ah the food. Three of us ordered steak tips with the limited edition blackberry and cheesecake pancakes. The pancakes were great, the fruit topping had just the right amount of sweetness so that syrup wasn’t needed and they had great flavor all around. The steak tips are something my wife will always order and now I’ve been convinced to do the same. I’m not sure why IHOP does steak tips so well, but these are insanely good. They melt in your mouth. Our fourth got the Colorado omelette and it was cooked to perfection as well.
I highly recommend going here for a regular dinner and cannot say enough about this location! Beautiful drive from Lenoir as well!

My wife and I have been to this location several times now. It takes a little longer to get your food compared to fast food restaurants but the wait it worth it. Every time the food has been hot and freshly made. The giant salad has been made exactly how I requested each time I’ve ordered it. The wait staff couldn’t have been nicer. We’re going back soon.

We were seated fast but that was all the good that happened at that visit. No one took our order, not even drink order. Manager noticed us just sitting there, she came over and asked if anyone had waited on us, so instead of her helping us she said she would send someone over….never happened. We left and I told her on our way out about no one helping us. All she said was sorry. We went to Cracker Barrel and had a great breakfast.

Horrible experience at this location! They were severely understaffed, we had to wait almost 10 minutes to be acknowledged to be seated, the waiter tried to rush us through the entire ordering and meal process, they got our order wrong, forgot our silverware, had to be reminded of several items they forgot, attempted to have us pay for the wrong order items, and the waiter kept reaching over us/asking us to pass over syrups to refill even though this was a 24 hr location time. I have previously been to this location and had a wonderful dining experience however this is no longer the case. This is the worst customer service I have experienced anywhere in a very long time. If I could, I would give it a negative rating.
