Server was nice and took care of us. Food was garbage! This is supposedly my mash potatoes with country gray. The mash was more liquid than the gravy. This meal was probably worse than a microwavable meal. There was alot of char pieces in our meals like dam clean it properly. They were pretty much out of everything we wanted to order. Would not recommend ANYONE eating here.

If they had less than 1 star that’s what they would have gotten from me. We have sat here for an hour watched them send customers away and they aren’t even that busy. Took 20 minutes to get drinks and have only see our waitress 2 so far. She avoids our table and everyone else’s tables to hang out in the kitchen. There are 6 servers a full kitchen staff there’s no excuse for such poor service. And an hour wait at the door.

Honestly the only good thing I can say about our breakfast at Ihop was our waitress was nice. Long wait to be seated. 10 bucks for two soggy crepes. Look at the pics. 1st was menu pic second is what I was served. Overpriced for what we got. Very dissatisfied.

I ordered on Doordash at 9:55 am. My delivery driver contacts me saying they haven’t started to cook my food and it’s 10:27 am. I called IHOP and spoke with a very rude gentleman. He confirmed they just started cooking my food. Customers dinning in orders come first. My delivery driver is still updating me saying how rude they’re being to him. Avoid this place

Great little waitress when I dropped by to get takeout for dinner on my way home from Winston for a doctor appointment. There was no one else here except a cook, the waitress and me! They did a great job on the food it was wonderful! I was missing a piece of French toast but should have checked before I left so that’s my own fault. The food was hot and fresh and tasted great! The service was exceptional! I was overall very happy with our choice. Great waitress and awesome service! Thanks again! Y’all better hang on to that wonderful waitress. She deserves a raise for sure.

Waited 20 minute for a doordash order and while i seen the employees go from server customers to straight to help cook without gloves or washing hand and watch her put a handful of cheese on food and then took it to customer not once did she wash her hand or put glove on this place is very nasty as its dead but about 15 dirty table and 3 customers in the store

After not going to this IHOP in while I was pleasantly surprised at how much better it had become. The food was amazing! Our waitress was wonderful. The manager was walking around talking with people. Definitely will be going back soon.

This place is disgusting. Need gloves just to look at the menu. No manager here. We were sat at a table that had water dripping from ceiling. We walked out. Do yourself a favor and go anywhere else but here. I can’t believe this place is still open. Read your reviews IHOP. Make the changes.
