Tried them for the first time today. Very nice spot with nice view of the waterways in area. Very decent parking lot available. The hostess and waitress we had very nice and accommodating to our request (wanted a change in seating to be by the corner and view. They hooked us up). Waitress was very knowledgeable about the menu.
Food came out and was good portion sizes. Nothing too greasy and oily. Space was comfortable as well. Definitely want to try this spot for lunch/dinner at some point.

The food is delicious and the atmosphere is fine but everytime you call them they have a messed up attitude with the clients. Even if you say thank you and please. They should learn to say your welcome to the customers. Going somewhere else no thanks. They should all take a class on professionalism. Also overpriced. $26 for a ceaser grilled chicken salad.

Nice diner. No too large, with sun exposure in three directions, so it’s nice and bright inside. Got a booth by the window as soon as we walked in. Food was good. Coffee was hot and kept coming. The menu shows the price for cash vs card next to each item, which was nice. The lady serving us seemed as though she didn’t want to be bothered. Which wasn’t nice.

Cross Bay Diner is a lovely establishment that I’ve been going to for a couple of years now. The place is always clean, the staff is kind, and the food has never disappointed me. The portions are big, everything tastes fresh, and the food is cooked right there. I usually go for breakfast, and it easily beats going to IHOP — you’ll definitely leave full, and most of the time you’ll have leftovers.
The service can be a little slow at times, but it’s nothing unexpected. When it gets busy, especially on Sundays, you might have to wave your waiter down, but the staff keeps things moving as quickly as they can. The longest I’ve ever waited for a table was around 10 minutes, even when the place was packed, so the turnaround is fast.
There’s free parking available, and they offer breakfast, brunch, lunch, and dinner options. I’ve never had an issue with my food or my bill. Overall, it’s an amazing diner with great people and consistently good food. I always enjoy coming here.
