Bravo to the Pineville IHOP team! First time visit and was not disappointed by far. The seating was almost immediately within 3 minutes of arrival. We also were seated in a clean table for two booth and had menus in place for only 2 minutes before our server introduced herself. The server was super engaged, and had our orders in promptly. Our choice was the breakfast sampler x 2 and the food was awesome! Eggs were hot and cooked precisely, pancakes right on point, and bacon with hashbrowns all checking the right boxes. We fully endorse this location, only to caution patrons getting in before 9am on weekends to avoid the large breakfast crowds.

I really wanted to give this location a chance again but my experience was not good at all. I placed an order online that was supposed to be ready at 11:15am. I got there and the waiting area was full of people but there was no host. I waited and waited, got the order at 11:30am but was incomplete so I had to wait some more to get the drink I had ordered (orange juice) ended up leaving the place at around 11:45, to my surprise what I got is the complete opposite of what was ordered: A bacon temptation omelette, i added two pictures for reference, you take a look and tell me if they look remotely alike. Mind you, this was a one person order that costed $17.73 but looks like I got it from the closest cookout.

Got served raw food and the wait was 30 minutes to be sat down and the food came out 40 minutes later and the chicken was raw. I took a few bites before realizing, but this is absolutely disgusting.

Worst IHOP I ever been to. Our waitress was nice and tried her best to accommodate for the cooks. Cooks were in the back chatting and talking loud with others who didn’t work here going to the back as well. But besides all that they constantly kept burning the pancakes. This was more like IHOBP (international house of burnt pancakes). My big steak omelette was all not great. Was missing ingredients like the hash brown and barley any meat and they forgot to give my salsa. When waitress ask us if we would like to speak to the manager. The manager never showed up. Would not recommend going here. You will regret it like we did

Good host, less than average waitress. Completely forgot to ask for details of our order (like choice of meat , side with eggs, etc). Not that you expect 5 star service at a IHOP but it would be nice if the waiting staff is awake at 11am. It also took 40 mins from the time we placed the order for the food to come. If not for the kid-grabbing advertising of IHOP corporate I would not choose to step foot here.

this is a horrible restaurant we wait almost 1hr and 30 min for the food and when we got the food its was just nasty uncook, the oatmelet did not had chees and burn onion no taste at all. my kids food was burn and creasy. i wont come back and PEOPLE DONT WASTE YOUR TIME IN THIS CRASH RESTAURANT.

My parents went out to dinner and asked me, by text, what I wanted from IHOP. I had heard of the new Gru menu and got all excited, picking out exactly what I wanted. I asked for the Ba-Ba Banana Pudding Pancake combo with 4 pieces of bacon, 2 eggs over easy and regular hash browns. This is what I got… this is not the first time this location has not given the full order for take away. But this is the last time I’m asking for anything from this location. They were not busy, it was empty from what my parents said. They have no excuse. Especially charging full price.

The hostess / hostess did not acknowledge us for @ least 10 min d/t processing to go orders. The waitress was good but seemed spread too thin. Floor was dirty with a swept pile under the table next to us the entire time we were there.

The food was not good. I ordered the strawberry and cream crepe with scrambled with cheese and bacon. We waited for over an hour for the food. When it was brought to me, the crepe was cooked great just too much of the cream and it was cold. So the waitress was going to get the cook to make a fresh one. The second one was thick like a pancake and still raw in the middle. I didn’t want it and it messed up my appetite. The eggs were not good. My meal was not good at all.
