I came in with a heavy heart after a dastardly encounter with the State Police of Virginia. I was greeted at the door with a warm greeting and a soothing tone from the waitress. She helped me calm down and get into my order. Such great attention to the customer is rare.

My visit to this restaurant was exactly what I expected – nothing exceptional.
On the positive side, they have an extensive menu and free parking. It’s quite spacious despite being busy, so there’s always room available and no need for reservations. However, the food you receive differs a bit from the photos on the menu; it definitely looks better in the pictures, which was a little surprising.
The taste was what I anticipated, and the prices seem fair. The service is quick and good, though there’s always room for improvement. For brunch, we ordered [mention what you ordered Waffle Combo, Veggie egg white and Big steak.

I want to give a special shoutout to Eva, an incredibly kind and attentive waitress. From the moment we arrived, she greeted us with a warm smile and a great attitude that made the whole experience more enjoyable. She constantly checked on us, made excellent menu recommendations, and genuinely cared about making sure we were comfortable. Her outstanding service truly makes you want to come back. Service was quite slow. We received our food after people who arrived later than us, and it was cold, almost as if it had been sitting on the counter for about 10 minutes. The Eggs Benedict I ordered were fully cooked, which was disappointing; I understand if they don’t offer doneness options, but I’ve never seen Eggs Benedict served this way. On the plus side, the food presentation was nice, and the drinks were okay.

Ordered breakfast for the 2 nd time at 6:30 am and requested extra syrup, the guy hands me the bag and says he puts extra syrup in the bag. I get to work with my staff and we have a total of 8 pancakes with 3 syrups. I called the manager only for her to say make sure you let the staff know when you arrive as if I didn’t when I arrived. I specifically ask and the guy lied …. Moral of the story I dont know what they do over night because its not much but I’ll be ordering during the day from now on. The service is busy but much better.

The food quality, especially the pancakes, has gone down. This location used to have great pancakes and a great gluten free pancake. My gluten free pancakes, needed for celiac disease, has been overcooked the past two visits.

Stopped in to try their new biscuit meal. The place was packed, so I ordered to go. They brought the food out to my car, hot and fresh. Had all necessary sauces, utensils and napkins. The bacon, egg and cheese biscuit was very large but very good. Looking forward to going back to try the chicken biscuit.

Great service. Came in for the Swedish Pancakes, bummed they no longer have it, but have crapes which is not too bad of a replacement. My waitress was nice and restaurant was nice and clean. I wish they bring back the Swedish Pancakes

National pancake day experience was exceptional. Promptly seated, friendly service, and the pancakes did not take long to come out. Everything was overall good. Mozzarella sticks, hash browns, and the appetizer sampler were excellent. Highly recommended.
