Our 1st time at this location and everything was great. We were seated as soon as we walked in. Our server came over to greet us and took our order. She was very attentive to us and we appreciated it. Our food was good and hot. If you love French toast just order 1 slice, oh boy did I order with my eyes. I thought the French toast was going to be thin. I was definitely wrong! I tried my best to eat it all but couldn’t, it was delicious tho.

I can’t recommend this location. I ordered the NY Cheesecake Pancakes and found a cooked human hair in the food, which raises serious concerns about kitchen hygiene. They replaced the dish but didn’t comp the meal, which was disappointing given the situation. Overall, a very off-putting experience.

Brunch at IHOP, Kingstowne ☕
Today, my husband and I went to the IHOP in Kingstowne for brunch. I’ve been there before and honestly,I just love their food!
We ordered the Big Steak Omelette with toast and the Country Fried Steak with mashed potatoes, along with two cups of coffee. The omelette was so big, I had to bring half of it home!
A sweet girl named Ashley served us,she was really nice and welcoming. The food was fresh, warm, and absolutely delicious.
If I get the chance, I’ll definitely go back again.
If you haven’t tried IHOP yet, I highly recommend it❤️you won’t regret it!

Always clean, always friendly staff, and very kid-friendly. All of the servers are great but our favorite is Free. She always greets me and my children with such warmth and gets our food out so quickly. As a single mom of three kids under the age of 5, I appreciate how easy it is to bring my kids here for a hot breakfast.

Really impressed with this IHOP. We went on November 11 for the free meal for military & veterans. Our server, Tsinge, was very professional and excelled in serving us. She got us another order of eggs for my husband when he was unhappy with his runny eggs. We hardly eat out at a breakfast place or out in general, yet this was one of our best experiences. I loved my fish fillet & shrimp platter. We plan to come here again during Christmas season.

I am visiting IHOP since 37 years, and I have seen things. But let me tell you this is the best IHOP I ever been to. It was so good I had to call the manager to shake his hand, I am seriously impressed.
