Another good Mayfield DQ. Small and compact inside but still plenty of seating. 4 tables outside as well. Tacos were nice and krispy and they were very generous with the tomatoes. Clean and professional. Onion rings were on point. Wish other Dairy Queens were run as good as these Mayfield ones.

Never had a problem with Dairy Queen until today. Got a coupon for a $2 small dipped cone in the mail. When I presented the coupon at the drive thru, I was rudely told they do not accept this coupon with no explanation. Have previously used coupons here before with no issue. Is this a new policy for this particular location? Guess I won’t be going to this Dairy Queen anymore.

They don’t portion their food at all.
To small of portions. Definitely don’t go to this location!!! Got the steak, finger, chicken strips, the buffalo tossed and sauce whatever it was called I got the regular chicken fingersticks so there’s just no care in the quantity or quality of my meal. Not good service.

It was the blizzard….
I got the brownie extreme with extras….
Well…. everything was on top.. it was not blended… it didn’t even look like it had extras in it…ya know…you pay for the extras…. I never had a blizzard like this…it was very disappointing… it was rushed…. the atmosphere there seemed rushed…
Something just seemed off with the entire experience….

The ambiance is great, the staff is friendly and their ice creams are top notch.

Burger was very appetizing. Was so hungry forgot to take a pic before when, it was nice and pretty. I got the Tabasco sauce Burger. It came with jalapeno’s and pepper jack cheese. As well as full toppings including tomato and lettuce. And My Father got the Chicken Strips basket. This location was fast and the food was Hot and on Point.

Great little Dairy Queen spot. There was a new girl at the register. She was so sweet. She called out good bye as everyone left. Food came out hot. Easy access from I-35.

Outstanding customer service!!!! I was at the counter waiting to order a blizzard. An employee was eating at a table near by. This young gentleman stopped eating went and washed his hands and proceeded to take my order. Im extremely impressed by his actions. Thank you Audel for going above and beyond!!! Fantastic customer service.
