I had such a wonderful experience at IHOP, and it was truly made exceptional by our server, Gisell. From the moment we sat down, she was warm, attentive, and incredibly professional. She anticipated our needs before we even had to ask, refilling drinks promptly, checking in at just the right times, and making sure every detail of our meal was perfect.
What really stood out was her positive attitude and genuine kindness. Even during what seemed like a busy shift, she remained calm, efficient, and upbeat. She made us feel welcomed and valued, not rushed. That kind of service is rare and deserves recognition.

Not the greatest. I actually had decent expectations of this place. We were seated promptly, and the hostess was friendly, and it wasn’t extremely crowded. The food was cold and was taken to the wrong table. One of our meals was handed to another customer, and when they realized it didn’t belong there, it was brought back to us after being handled by the customer, and the server that was helping the young man was upset that we didn’t want it. Our waiter was clearly overwhelmed, and we didn’t see much of him. For the finale, the ladies’ bathroom reeked, and the floor was wet and lightly decorated with toilet paper. This goes on the list of places we will not visit again.

I’ve been to this place plenty of times. But the only times I normally go is when I’m offered a coupon. This location can be somewhat slow some of the time. I’ve never had extremely negative experiences. My experiences have been average to good. There have been maybe 1 or 2 occasions when I received poor service from a waiter or waitress. But they’ve overall been pretty good. The issue is sometimes, depending on the type of food you order, they can get it wrong at times.

I got Morris on February 14, 2026 for a waiter this time and had a much better experience. He was very attentive and he takes feedback well. For example, when he mistakenly gave me sweet tea with ice for a refill after I asked for no ice in it, he finally took my feedback and got me the sweet tea without the ice. Overall, Morris is definitely one of the better waiters at this particular iHop.

I have been to this IHOP numerous times and am very impressed with the hostess ( Liz ). She is very professional welcoming guests in a polite way.
She thanks guests for coming and also when they leave. In my experience Liz always maintains a welcoming atmosphere. I have observed Liz taking orders from customers, delivering food to customers, and cleaning tables. In other words Liz does a lot more than Only performing hostess duties. Liz is an amazing employee that is a benefit to IHOP

I haven’t been here in a while but this time it surpassed my expectations. The customer service was better than I ever experienced even in HIGH end restaurants. Everyone was so friendly from the front to our server. Abby was super kind and attentive.

First of all let me say thank you IHOP and the crew for this location that decided to open on Christmas Day which is was yesterday.
Second, the hostess got me and my husband seat all the way on the back room where the table was for 4 people but I saw there was booth seating for 2 people in the front room empty not sure why she took us all the way to the back for.
Third, the meal was good except the English muffins from our eggs Benedict was too hard.
The chef or the cook toast them too long.
Richy was our waiter and he had good attitude.

Totally enjoyed. The food was yummy. It was busy but didn’t feel crowded. Our server was the best. First time Darwin served us. Such a sweet soul. Makes our breakfast special. Last time, Mo did a fantastic job. And this time we had a pretty young lady ( sorry, couldn’t recall the name), with a wonderful attitude, makes our visit a sweet one.

Great time eating breakfast at IHOP this morning! My server Abby did an incredible job, smiled often and had a very cheerful personality! The food and coffee was hot and service was prompt and friendly! I will definitely come back! Thanks Abby and IHOP for getting my day off to a great start!
