The Food is great! This location does amazing when you sit-in to eat. But everytime I order either delivery or to go, they leave important parts out. If I order a cinnastack to go, they will give me pancakes with no icing, just cinnamon sauce. I ordered the newyork cheesecake mini stack this time, they gave me no whipped cream, no strawberries, and no strawberry syrup. They’re food is delicious, just make sure your order is correct when you order togo!

CLEAN QUITE & COMFY!! Tai Bria opened the door for me seeing I was alone with a toddler and stroller. I was pleasantly surprised when she was also our server and take out server. Even with many hats she gave excellent fast and pleasant service. She even settled an unhappy table near us and didn’t skip a beat. The entrance was a bit far from the parking area but I won’t fault the establishment for that. The food was delicious, hot, and great portions. The overall cleanliness I would give a 4/5 star because the entry and bathrooms needed a little attention but overall nice. This place has a modern up to date feel with great service and good food. It’s my go-to ihop location.

Took over ten minutes to be seated. Took another 15 to 20 minutes for server to acknowledge us and get drinks. Another 30 to 40 minutes for food to arrive. To top it off there was no butter and the server was just like sorry. How can you eat pancakes without butter?! Eggs were burnt. It was just a horrible lunch break. I left no tip, not because the food was horrible but because the waitress knew there was no butter when we ordered. Has she said something we all would have ordered something else! She was steadily talking orders from patrons without mentioning it. She’s horrible and so is this IHOP! Servers and cooks playing and cussing in back. Never again…

I went there today and waited more than 10 minutes before I could be seated. The waitress took my order fast but my food arrived after 20 minutes and the place was nearly empty. I ordered a breakfast sampler but got no toast with it, no salt shaker was at my table so I got it from another table, and the salt pepper and syrup containers were sticky or greasy. I tipped well, but the waitress just snatched it and barely thanked me. My meal was served on a plate far too small for me to manage it without spilling it onto the table.

This IHOP was still closed well after their opening time on both of my visits. Lights out and nobody there. What the hell is going on with this specific location?? The manager needs to be fired immediately and new staff hired who actually want to work. I would give zero stars if I could.

Usually I don’t have an issue with this ihop there hash browns are always my go to but last weekend my family ordered and the hash browns were so hard you couldn’t even pick them up . They coul break your teeth apart I was so very disappointed

Tried to get in a quick breakfast before work but food took longer than expected especially when there was hardly any customers there at that time, so I ended up having waiter pack it to go instead of eating in as I’d like to. Not a big deal but could have been better. Food was ok but I had to warm it up after work and eat one of my pancakes while driving.
