I came in to pick up my online order (ready at 11:05) and was told to wait. After waiting about 10 minutes, I was asked again what I was waiting on. After explaining my order and them having a hard time finding it, I was told door dash took my order/the wrong order. Why they have the food sitting in the corner for anyone to grab with no confirmation or anything is beyond me.. then I was told it’s not ihops fault, it’s door dashes and there is nothing they can do (other than remake the food) because they made the original order. Then the manager Carlos just walks away, not to be seen again until my order was ready. I find this very distasteful and not how I would treat an inconvenienced guest/costumer.

Went for Breakfast around nineish, wasn’t busy, seated promptly, Waitress was friendly, took the order , shortly brought out the drinks to the table. Had French toast topped with Strawberries and Bananas and a side order of sausage links.

My husband and i came to eat dinner on 10/8 at 9:00pm. We waited 30 minutes for food and there 2 other tables that already had food. I got the cupcake pancakes with over-medium eggs hash browns and sausage as well as the berry crepes. I had to pick up my hash browns with my hands because I couldn’t cut them, my eggs were cold, my pancakes were cold and my crepes were cold dry and without lemon zing. My husband got the original pancake combo with bacon hash browns and scrambled eggs with cheese and a biscuit. The biscuit was hard as a rock and ice cold, his eggs were cold, slimy and undercooked, his pancakes were cold and dry, he couldn’t cut the hash browns. The service was so bad I completely ran out of mango tea and no one came to check on us at all. We payed because the manager didn’t bother to ask how everything was. Worst service and food I have EVER experienced. If it was an option there would be 0 stars. We were extremely disappointed

First impressions are everything and this IHOP was on mark. Very clean restroom and restaurant, extremely friendly staff and quick service. Our server was excellent. She checked on our party of 6 a good number of times and was very personable. I got two pancakes, one slice of French toast, eggs, sausage, bacon with a side of hash browns. French toast was on point, eggs pancakes, sausage and bacon were basic. The hash brown was not cooked enough and was cold inside. One of the dishes that we got was she avocado toast. For $8 it was only one slice of toast with maybe a quarter of an avocado that didn’t cover the toast. For the price two slices of toast with more toppings. It was very tasty despite the little toppings. One of the best parts are the kids eat free up to 12 years old. Saves families money in a time we all need a little break from high prices. We will return for sure and try a few other items because who doesn’t like breakfast for any meal of the day.

Love this place but not today. Seamed like today was everyone’s first day. Nearly 30 min to get served. Was told it was because the blueberry compote needed to be heated.

I ordered a veggie omelette. The menu stated that the order comes with three pancakes. But I was told the order comes with fruit, not the pancakes. $6 for the pancakes. Menu is somewhat miss leading. The increased prices are not reasonable. I doubt that I will be returning to IHOP. I don’t recommend going to IHOP.
