Had excellent dining experience, was seated as soon we came in. We ordered as soon as we were seated, beverages were served first, about 10 or 15 minutes later the food came. My special ordered omelette came exactly as I ordered and was delicious. The waitress was very polite and efficient. All together it was a pleasant dining experience.

They’re open for 24 hours which is awesome! The best pancake place in town. We ordered the omelette with pancake (added 2usd to get the ones with flavor, we chose strawberry and banana). Also, you can ask for more syrup to add more taste to the pancakes. Over all, it is a good place with good pancakes/omelette.

The manager needs to be held accountable for letting such terrible and rude customer service be the norm at their establishment. To the 3 rude young male hosts up front standing around on a Saturday morning: without clients you wouldn’t have a job. Do better.

After waiting for almost 20 minutes for our deinks to get ordered. Half our food came out cold, wrong, and missing. Then they over charged us and gave some bs line about theyd have to cancel our payment and recharge the payment instead of splitting the difference with cash. Scam artist for sure. Don’t eat here. There are better places worth it.

Sadly it was our first time visiting this area. The family was graving the amazing pancakes from IHOP. We stopped at this location to find ourselves with a very rude man, that didn’t want to attend us at all. We were sitting in the lobby area for more than 10 minutes without anyone attending us. So we decided to just leave. Any customer service like this, doesn’t deserve my money.

Germantown location only one waitress (!) I was served by someone else. Food was good and quick. The waitress never came back by. She zoomed by me to go to the front counter and zoomed by me the other way (this was several times) and not once did she look at me or ask if I wanted more coffee or anything. I had to signal to someone standing behind me near the kitchen. When I just about finished I had to ask for my pancakes. Not sure if she (or they)forgot or what. It was part of my order. No apology. Always hot in there.

It’s been a while since I dined at this IHOP. I decided to take my nephews there and the service was terrible. Perhaps we were seated behind/front of a work station but the workers were crowded in the back of our heads having loud personal conversations and laughing. I get it it’s not a professional environment but it wasn’t a cool experience.
