We came in with a large group, and the staff handled everything smoothly from start to finish. The service was friendly, attentive, and surprisingly quick considering the size of our party. The food was hot. The chicken wings were definitely the highlight crispy, and cooked perfectly especially the lemon pepper I tried a few different sauces they were okay. Overall, everyone in our group left full and satisfied.

Basically no wait time we came in got sat and had waitresses come up to us as if we were family. We stopped in for lunch and gave the baby some food while we enjoyed talking and had a drink it was a great experience Grace was our waitress and a new server Widna was awesome even tho she was training when we were there. My wife and I got to relax and the baby ate and got treated like a king it was great!

So I’ve been placing orders through Uber and Grubhub for months now because I’m always craving their wings and don’t live nearby. In the past 3 months the app options has been out of wack. I recently had called like last week and I didnt get the girls name was very nice said I had called too late to put a note in the order. Today I placed an order again and I called immediately after first girl wasn’t too helpful maybe too busy, but asked to speak to a manager since the information had changed in the past week. I spoke to Mitzy. She was very nice and very polite. She explained that they can’t modify orders, that they used to be able to but they stopped that. I get it because it happens I was explaining how frustrated I am and how it has been and she listened. Didn’t try to dismiss me. She said she would reach out their team that handles the delivery apps and also ended up helping me. I thanked her and we hung up. Update: received order and it’s great. Adding pictures right now.

Also for those that have never ordered they send their deliveries nicely packed and sealed. From the apps I’ve seen Uber take longer and also have higher fees than Grubhub. If the wings arrive a little cold if you live far just order extra sauce and reheat in the air fryer. Super yummy. Give Hooters a shot whenever you crave them.

Visited twice sat at outside bar. No one acknowledged me for 15 minutes or more both times. Everyone walked past me until I finally asked was anyone working there. Once I ordered, everything else went well. Food was fresh & tasty. Margaritas were great!

The food was great the atmosphere was nice however not one manger came and checked on me. As they walked by and looked me in my eye and continued to keep walking… am I invisible or something!!! It’s three managers here and not one came to my table…. UNBELIEVABLE!!! My server did not check on me at all left me with an empty cup of coke for 15mins. Wanted to order more drinks because they are amazing but no server was around to give service when I wanted it. All in all the server was not attentive nor was the management!!! I probably won’t come to this location again…. After 20 plus years of me working in the food industry this was a bad choice today…. Also waited on the check for about 20 minutes after asking 2 times….

Came in to watch Niners game Monday night. They were playing music instead of game sound. When requesting game sound to be played was told they only play sound for home team games. Server was friendly band attentive. Had garlic parm wings and they tasted like straight oil no flavor. Have me 1 additional wing in the house but didn’t make up for lack of flavor. Ordered a Long Island and was weak also. Left right after I had my wings and went else where. Didn’t make it past 1 quarter of the game. Would not recommend at all.

Came here last weekend during the day. There was a sign at the front to take a seat on your own and I sat out side near the entrance. Three waitress passed by and never bothered to come up to me and even tried calling one over but went back inside. A party of 3 came in about 10 minutes after me and immediately got service. Ended up waiting 20 minutes before I got up and left.

This is the best Hooters location in South Florida, hands down. The food is always perfect. The service is quick and easy and always right. And the girls are super duper friendly and beautiful. Even the managers are friendly and make sure to say hello. I am sorry about what I am about to do. I am going to mention some of the super friendly girls by name. It’s a long list. They are: Tahimy, Jocelyn, Jazmyne, Angelini, Widna, Camila, Skye, Stephanie, Shirley, Malenys, Cristal, Michele, and Ari. There are others, I just can’t remember all their names. Everyone here is great. I live over 600 miles away, and I can’t wait to come back.

I have to get 4 from the general score because I got a longhgggg hair in my wings.
It was disgusting However my server Silvia Nicole saw the whole scene and she was amazing, she got my plate and changed with no charges! The place was cramped and noisy, but I’m LATAM so I liked. I think that hair came from the sauce! Everything else was good!.
The restroom needs more love, its a little BIT dirty!
