For the price, you get good value and decent service. Food came very quickly and was definitely a great portion for the cost. The Steak and cinnamon milkshake were especially amazing. Everything was great, except the tables are a little bit too close together. Overall, great experience considering how much you pay.

Six of us went in for my daughter’s bday breakfast on a Tuesday morning. It was very quiet of course. But they put us in a booth. When I asked to move to a table for more room (4 adults and 2 tweens) the server rudely informed me the booth is meant to fit 6 people and huffed as she said “fine” and put us at a table right next to the bathroom doors. Again, not busy at all. The food was meh. One of us ordered berry crepes and it was literally plain crepes with a couple cut up strawberries on top. While the menu is generally well priced, it’s not fast food prices and one would certainly expect a bit more. Overall disappointing experience.

Not bad. Haven’t eaten at IHOP in over a decade and it exceeded my expectations. I got the egg white vegi omelet and it was really good but I do wish that it were a litttle bigger. Grits with cheese were thick, gooey and tasty. The steak was well seasoned and tender. I made a few meal modification request which they easily and happily accommodated. Pleanty of parking and the service was great. It was a little chilly inside the restaurant but it was tolerable.

My first visit at this location and it was wonderful. I picked a great day to come in with my family for breakfast because there was no lunch rush, no long wait to rece
ive my order and the food excellent. My favorite meal is the veggie egg white omelet and the protein pancakes. My server was courteous and welcoming. My children even gave him 2 thumbs up each and said they enjoyed their birthday cake pancake breakfast. I will definitely come back if I’m ever in the area again.

We Just left !! Its very disappointing to have to decide to stop visiting our favorite breakfast spot because the wait stuff made us feel totally unwelcome. They were not even busy and two girls , one with pink hair (just for reference )gave us a table at a corner while we asked for a better table ( since at this time it was empty ) She rolled her eyes to us and in a very unfriendly tone she asked us to give her a minute, we moved two steps to get out of her way and she repeatedly and passive aggressively told us just to wait. A minute later another girl with purple hair and a terrible presentation, a super dirty apron told us to go to our table , never said which table . No one of these two introduce themselves , on the contrary they seemed unhappy by our presence. At this point and since its my daughters birthday we decided to leave before having to deal with such poor attitude any longer . We have been coming here since they opened but today was the last time. Customer service is very important when spending money to eat out.

Came in to have breakfast with my family. The food came out cold and when I asked to speak with the manager the server rolled her eyes and said whatever. When the manager came out a white girl she had an attitude and said it wasn’t too cold if you ate half of it. I asked to speak to the General Manager a Spanish girl named Elizabeth or Liz I can’t remember she came out and said you ate half the food clearly it wasn’t to cold and if you had an issues you should of said something sooner when I told her I couldn’t get my server to come to our table she said why keep eating then. Staff was rude managers were even more rude, horrible place. This place went down hill very quickly.

Lemon Ricotta French Toast really hit the spot. It was a great place to go with a small group of friends. Great prices and I was happy to redeem my pan-coins from the stack market!

Went to lunch with my mom and really just not impressed at all. I know it’s just an IHOP but still. We went on a weekday and the place was practically empty – not surprising for that time of day on a weekday. But you would think that because there weren’t many customers, the place would have been cleaner. Floors were sticky. What I thought was a wet footprint was actually probably syrup because it was sticky. I walked back to the restroom and the whole way felt sticky under my shoes. The stall I was in in the bathroom had no toilet seat covers and, again, the floor was sticky. I wondered if it was my shoes, but even my mom felt the stickiness. Our order was taken promptly, but my mom was served her food first before mine came out. That just isn’t right – you should always make sure the table is served at the same time. If you know one meal will be cooked faster, then time it right. It wasn’t like there was a lot going on in the kitchen. Mom got pancakes, scrambled eggs, sausage, and hash browns. She did say the eggs were perfect. The pancakes were good too, but the sausage didn’t look appetizing and the hash browns just didn’t seem cooked all the way. I didn’t want breakfast and I really didn’t see anything on the menu that appealed to me but I ordered a crispy chicken sandwich. I hate ranch so I asked that it not be put on it, but it did seem to need something. The combination of the chicken, avocado, tomato, lettuce, and shredded cheese was not all that great. I would have done without the avocado. The fries were really good though.

Unfortunately, the waitress didn’t really do much follow up. She came once early on to ask if everything was OK, which it was. But she never came back to offer a refill of our drinks. Also, we sat there for probably 15 minutes when we were done and no one came with a check. In fact, there were NO employees in the entire dining area for probably 10 minutes. We got up, looked around, my mom even looked into the kitchen and couldn’t find anyone. We walked up to the counter, and eventually someone did come for us to pay our bill. But honestly – we could have walked out of the restaurant and no one would have known.

Wish we had just gone to Panera instead.

8.23.25 – our server was Faith and she was excellent! She was happy and provided exceptional service! There were some customers that she had that were not the nicest and she handled it with grace. The food was like any other ihop you go to, yummy!

In a clutch you can always get a decent breakfast at most IHOP’s. Giving a four because of their extremely high pricing which Denny’s have seem to been able to avoid. Server’s were polite and prompt.
