Quickly seated. Our server Sean was attentive. Food was fast and tasty. Music was great. Nice Sunday brunch. Pictured Cheeseburger Omelette with bacon and avocado added side pancakes. Senior 2x2x2 meal.

“Our waitress had to work 2 opposite sections of the restaurant,!” I saw the nonethical shift manager barely working while the general manager was clearing tables. Our team members was doing the shift manager job. When we finally received drink orders, our glasses were spotty & had no ice not as we ordered them. It took too long to received our food orders. Another party that arrived after us had their drinks & food orderes within 10 mins. There was one waitress who was customer service oriented, fast & multi-task while having a full section. I noticed one waitress left in our section 5 mins after we were sitted. Our waitress apologized several times for delays, drinks & orders mixed ups. I finished 2 drink orders before receiving my food order. The shift manager needed to step up & assist wherever the team members needed help. My scrambled eggs had french toadt battering mixed in it so the waitess reordered hard eggs for me. The eggs were cooked semi soft even they were ordered hard cook.There was only 2 families sitted in our section. It’s a guarantee we won’t ever return back to this IHOP restaurant location.

Went to do a take out order stood there and waited for someone to take my order for about 20 mins which is not bad but I was not greeted or told someone would be with me. Another lady was in behind me who spoke Spanish called a girl worked there over who also spoke Spanish to take her order cool the girl also took my order and said it will take 15 mins I came back in 20 asked another girl for my order she said it’s not ready( I saw a bag on the counter) l said ok I’ll wait I sat down for another 15-20 mins the same girl said are you waiting for someone I said my order she said oh yeah what’s the name even tho I had just told her 15 mins before she said oh here the bag was there the entire time so I get my food only to see the bottom of my biscuit was undone and I could not eat it never again! I’ll stick to Ohio in Waldorf

The food was as good as expected. I did try the tres Leche Pancakes, crispy potatoes with turkey sausage that’s not cooked on the same grill as pork products . I felt the pancakes weren’t the sweet I was expecting, so I did add syrup but they were good. The drinks were the best part, which was lemonade and a strawberry lemonade, which was very tasty. One of the children had french toast with the chocolate on the side, and it was two sweet. The 1st time I’ve ever heard a child say that
The server Kimberly was sweet and got everything to us got and in a timely fashion.
Lots of seating and sunlight. Their booth seating was comfortable enough to seat 7 with a mixture of adults and children.
The price wasn’t too bad.

This is my second time dining at this IHOP, and once again the experience was great. The food was delicious, and our servers Michael and Roman were professional, friendly, and made the visit even better. Highly recommend!

Not gonna lie. I was very weary of the review but decided to take a leap of faith going to this location. The staff was friendly. Our waiter was accommodating, attentive and prompt.
The food was hot like I like it, and the whole group enjoyed their meals. We ordered the pancakes for the kids with some blue’s dazzleberry pancakes combo for the kids, an appetizer with the monzerella sticks, onion rings, chicken tenders, Colorado omelettes and they were all enjoyable.

I went during off peak hours here so the waiter was quite quick. It did take some time to get seated the front desk person was helping someone out with their takeout order. I tried the burger here and it was quite terrible

This IHOP is exactly what you would hope to have when you go to IHOP. I’ve gone here often for a few months now and it’s extremely consistent. All employees are cheerful and attentive the restaurant is clean and comfortable.

First time here in a long time and for it to be a Monday this place was extremely busy. It was two of us so we were seated right away. But, it is obvious the staff was very overwhelmed. I felt bad for them.
Our server was a really sweet girl. I can tell she was exhausted. As sorry as I felt for her I really didn’t like her response/apology to my Father. His meal came with two eggs he only received one and it was overcooked at that. My Father tried to explain this to her and her response was “It only comes with one egg” I took a second look at the menu and there it was right in the description, TWO eggs. Immediately I requested a manager who bought two more eggs but it was too late my father finished his meal. If this was rectified the first time this wouldn’t have happened. The server’s response was “I apologize, I didn’t know, I’m not the cook” What?!! Is it not your job to know the menu and if you don’t, why not just pick a up a menu to be sure!?
My tea had way too much mango syrup. Food was ok. I would NOT recommend though.
