I had great service from my waiter on July 29th, which kind of made up for the greeter. Food quality seemed to have declined from my last IHOP experience. Overall, probably wasn’t good enough for me to go back to this IHOP when there are other alternatives.

We came in with a party of 10 including 5 children but we were literally the only people in the whole building. Our server was obviously new but he was doing his best. The other staff and management clearly did not help him until things became problematic. We put the children’s food in first hoping it would come out first (which it did not) then the rest of the party ordered about 10 minutes later. It wasn’t until someone told the manager that we were taking pictures of the completely empty establishment and us talking loudly about the fact that we had been there for an hour already and we didn’t even have the children’s food yet that she made an appearance. However, all she did was help bring out food! She offered no apologies for the wait or acknowledge any problems! Our server did a great job with the tools he had which obviously are not enough if that’s the type of manager in charge of that store. He is the only reason I would ever come back to this location.

Woah IHOP IHOP IHOP!!! I WENT HERE AND IT WAS ON PURPOSE! I enjoyed myself and I did not once think why I was here! Service was fast, sexy, and steamy hot. Loved my savory chicken and pesto-filled crepes. They were also hot and sexy. Slap me silly I like me some hot and sexy crepes.

Best IHOP I have visited. Food was great. We had chicken and waffles with bacon and cheddar topped with maple syrup. Freshest best tasting decaf and regular coffee. Our waitress was so pleasant and helpful. Give that girl a raise.

It’s hard to say much about iHop that hasn’t been said before. If you like carb-loaded meals, it’s terrific. You get good quality meals served in a reasonable amount of time. The coffee is nothing special, a bit too mild for my taste, but the pancakes and their new French toast are always tasty.
