Whether dine in or Togo, Miss Shayla always takes great care of all her customers. There was no wait, food came out quick and was fresh. I would highly recommend this ihop location.

Great experience, the place was quiet and ambient music was good,, our server was Itzel and she stayed attentive the whole time, checked on refills pretty often and brought food out quickly and hot^^
We got there pretty early before rush hour but she made sure to keep an eye of us during rush even though we had already ate,, 10/10 for the place and definitely will be seating in her section again

We always come here like 15–20 minutes before closing and we usually get Shayla as our server. It’s normally pretty slow and empty around that time as they’re getting ready to close, but she still treats us really well each time. She’s sweet and attentive and has even memorized our drink and food orders. We always have a great experience when she’s our server.

I can’t even say how nice our breakfast was today. We had Journey as our waitress and she was the nicest person I’ve ever met, she made sure we were all happy and taken care of and enjoying our food. The food is always incredible and nice and warm when it comes out, the service has always been amazing, and the atmosphere is so warm and welcoming and lots of nice people talking and eating and enjoying this place. When I order carry out its always nice and fast and the food is warm. The place is now decorated for Christmas and looks amazing and the tables and bathrooms are always clean. I highly recommend you try this out for breakfast.

The one star is only because we had to. This place is AWFUL when it comes to customer service. How do you partner with door dash but not honor the promotion y’all give they advertise on door dash that I ordered from. No where does it say on door dash I store only. They just tell you when you call about the missing food and say it’s door dashed problem. I had a problem just about every time I order here I don’t even know why I still do. The manager likes to hang up on you when you’re right btw. Don’t waste your money here for bs service they give. I told you when you hung up on me a third time, I’d make this review. You shouldn’t have a job in customer service btw they also said it was door dashs fault although they didn’t honor what they are offering in their partnership.

Arrived 15 minutes till 11pm. Surprised and grateful they offer late night dining, closing @ midnight. We were standing @ front to be seated for about 10 minutes and staff in sight. Finally, manager sat us, then our waitress came to take orders about 20 minutes after being seated! However the staff was polite, apologetic
and accommodating, and I got the feeling they were trying their best with an extremely low staff ratio, at that time in the evening. The food was good but not great. I had the strawberry & banana pancakes, topped with strawberry and whipped cream. It needed more strawberry syrup which I requested and provided on the side. They were very fluffy like I’ve remembered back in the day though. My friend ordered the Colorado omelette. I tasted it, and agreed with them that salt was greatly needed—but that’s easy to add by oneself. The bacon pieces on top of omelette were slightly overdone. The hot chocolate however, was perfect. I like IHOP, but they have gone down both in quality and staffing.
