Take out only. Quick, no-frills, and affordable—perfect for busy days and a better value than Chipotle. The crackling/roasted pork was only $11/lb with crispy skin, good for making a quick pork and rice bowl and sauce it up since the marinate hasn’t gone through the meat. The Vietnamese fare was solid too. The gentleman at the counter has a unique communication style—direct at first but polite as we went along. He seemed a bit friendlier with the ladies . Very fair what you get for the price.

The past two times I’ve come here for the che, the coconut cream they put on top has been sour. It used to not be like that… I don’t really know what the deal is and why the quality has dropped.

This is my first time coming here and it will definitely be the last. The sign says 3 items for $8 but I didn’t realize it was going be a kids meal. It wasn’t even good. Don’t spend your hard earned money at this dump.

The guy behind the counter is very rude, and this is not the first time either. Besides, their food is not that good for anyone to put up with that kind of service. Not worth it there are many other places near by to spend your money.

2.3 stars. Quick stop for lunch. Picked the 3 dishes with rice meal for $10. Pork was very dry and lacked flavor. Chicken curry was the same too. More rice than side dishes. Though the employee was nice, the food was disappointing. Would not recommend.

The food is so-so. It’s OK, not bad but not great either. It’s definitely a quick solution when you have absolutely no time to cook. My dad seems to like the food. The dessert is NOT GOOD. They use a ton of starch flour for EVERYTHING which makes it thick and gluey. It’s a heat lamp quick fix meal type of food, taste as expected, nothing you would hope to find at an Authentic sit down Chinese/Asian restaurant. It’s a not much thought into the ingredients, basic type of food.

Price is OK. you have the $3 dollar container, jumping to $5-7 dollar one and so forth. There is one lady who always seem to up my number every time I try to order. I would ask for $3 of this she would look at me and say,, “$4?”–yes this can get frustrating some times. But nothing from the usual.

NOW– WHY I AM GIVING THIS PLACE ONE STAR.
I have visit this place about six times and prior to today the customer service has always be EH-okay, not good, not friendly, not rude- just, you want, you buy, you leave, kind of atmosphere.

I was there at around 7pm this evening and … it was NOT GOOD. I picked out my food, went to pay for my order which came out to $25, I handed my debit card to the cute old little lady, she walked back to swipe my card, brought it back to me and I noticed a service charge of $1. I was not verbally informed that there was going to be a service charge and how much the fee would be. I was upset at the fact that I was not informed and I DID NOT AUTHORIZE her to run my card for $26, she verbally told me my total was $25, took my card to the back and ran it for $26- that is WRONG. When I asked her about the service fee she took her pen and pointed to what seem to be a 4x6in signage taped to the register (not at eye level) about 4 feet off the ground. Read something like “INCENTIVE TO PAY WITH CASH. WE WILL CHARGE A FEE FOR ALL CREDIT CARD PAYMENTS” something along that line. Doesn’t tell you how much, whether it’s a percentage, or a flat charge, etc. I informed the cute old lady that she did not tell me about the service fee and that is wrong to run my card for a different amount than what she said my total to be. At this point, I was upset, frustrated, more as I am speaking English and she doesn’t seem to understand /care about my concern. She called two other ladies. One told me to come back tomorrow and talk to the manager. I informed her I am NOT going to drive up here to talk to him, what is his contact info and his name, she said no number, she won’t give me any names. I asked why again was I not informed and it’s not right. If I had known this I would have paid with cash or better yet go somewhere else. I told her it’s not right to pass on their merchant fees to customers and it is poor customer service to not inform me of the amount before swiping my card. I told her I don’t want my food anymore and I want a refund- I was so frustrated. All three ladies just stood there and honestly I think they pretended not to know what I was saying. A security guard came in and translated for me, and pretty much the same, they ask me to come back tomorrow to talk to the manager. I asked several times for the managers name/owner name and they refuse. The lady finally asked me for my receipt and said she would give me my $1 back- from the TIP jar. She took my receipt, grab a dollar bill from the tip jar and handed it to me saying this is her money she is giving me. It’s from her– We’ll you took my $1 without my permission. She handed me the money and mumble in Vietnamese to the staff and customer in front of me, $1 and chuckled!!!There was a customer in front of me making her purchase and she handed the cute old lady her debit card– and I asked, are you going to tell her you are going to charge her a service fee?

This stinks.
And no it’s not about $1. Its about the principle of the matter. I honestly wouldn’t mind paying $1 service fee had I been told before hand, before having my card swipe for an amount I did not authorize for. This is why I am upset.

I will no longer support this business.

I got 3 items with rice for $9 for the first time. I got Xiu Mai ( meat ball), braised fish, and stirred fry bean sprout. They gave me quite a bit of food that last me two meals. Despite other reviews, they were really nice to me. Also take Credit card which is a plus at Vietnamese restaurant. Will come back to try more
