We had gone in for their free stack of pancakes, and as soon as we asked for them, The waitress became a very hateful. Then after she took our order, she walked to her. Coworkers started speaking in Spanish, saying how “we’re because we’re getting the pancakes For free and how we were only coming, get her stuff our faces and she should’ve had to make a donation first and that she’s gonna start lying to customers saying they have to make a donation to get the pancakes for free” this is horrible customer service. The place was dirty and smelt Horrible. I’m very disappointed because I still love going to IHOP with my grandparents and now I feel like that has been ruined for me.

I stopped by this IHOP around 2PM as we were on a roadtrip – it wasn’t too busy so we were immediately seated and promptly given service.
The first thing that I noticed when we were seated was that there were a lot of crumbs and food under a majority of the tables. During the course of our meal, no one bothered to sweep up the food under the tables, including ours. Unfortunately, this detracted from our dining experience and made it feel uncleanly.
Our waitress was excellent – she came by and checked on everything and brought out the food promptly and gave us the check in a timely manner.
The food itself was decent. The onion rings and fries were hot and freshly fried and while I didn’t particularly enjoy my Country Steak Burrito, it was hot and freshly made.
Overall, my experience at the IHOP was great minus the cleanliness of the seating area.

Visited an IHOP after many years and this location for the 1st time.
Food was fine and service was average.
Grits was okay, a bit lumpy
Veggie omlette was served wrapped in spinach leaves
Pancakes were good like always ( tried original, blueberry and cupcake)
Fried chicken was a little chewy than expected.
The tea was served in a cup with no additional hot water
There was no warm maple syrup available.
Pan cakes saved the day almost every thing else was almost average ( even below average)

I’ve eaten at many restaurants all over this great country. This Ihop here in Warrenton not only has excellent food but there servers and owner (Carlos) are the nicest people.
Every single server I’ve had the pleasure to order from has been extremely nice and very very good at what they do.
I’ve had the honor of enjoying meals there twice a week for the last 5 & 1/2 year.
Its a great atmosphere with great food.
Being a very particular and picky person with a very plain/no salt / no seasoning diet.
They had no problem with cooking my special order that way, and with out treating me like a weird.
Going to this IHOP is like dining with family
(the kind of family you like) and the kind that are great cooks.

It’s nice to see things coming back. The portions are smaller now, and the pancakes seem smaller. The food was good, and the service was great. The restaurant was not busy and seemed abandoned.

My experience here was great! Chris, our server, made this possible. He was very patient, welcoming and helpful. The food was great. Prepared well and met our expectations. It was served in timely manner. It was affordable. We were a party of 6 and the total was around $100. I am glad I stopped at this location during my long drive. THANKS IHOP, THANKS CHRIS!!

Not that bad if you’re in a rush. It is a chain-and a lower end product-with that in mind-for breakfast it is okay. It’s a bit hard to mess up breakfast. Coffee is decent. They offer egg whites, which is nice. Ordering an omelet I noticed the diced peppers and onions appear to be from a can?? Over all, for $15 breakfast it is decent. My big concern is staffing. I have had breakfast at this ihop three times (while having work done on my house i didn’t have a kitchen to use so I came for breakfast and coffee) the same waitress was there all three times. She is older and has been working for this location many many years you would think she would have stellar customer service. Nope. This morning I was the only one dining at 6am. Yet, I had to get up to get coffee refills because she was busy playing on her phone. And when asked for more coffee, she appeared bothered and angry. When I was ready to leave it took awhile to get her to take my money. A few more tables (4) came in and she seemed very overwhelmed. If it wasn’t for the location and hours I’d never return.

Stopped by a 1pm service was good at the start. The pancakes weren’t fully cooked. Everything else was good. Had to ask two times for the pancakes. Took 20 minutes to get them.
The restaurant was clean and orderly. All the sidewalks were cleared of snow.

The food arrived cold AND the poor kid who was our server couldn’t get our orders right. BTW just because we order off the seniors menu doesn’t mean you should send 1/2 cooked food. The eggs we sent back twice and they never got our hash browns right.
