Have had better experiences here in the past. Server was nice but had a tense personality. Food was small portions and bland. We go every year to have the Halloween themed drinks. The drinks were great. The restaurant was clean. The seating wasn’t super comfortable.

The people here are so nice and helpful! Ary the hostess was especially nice to facilitate me moving to a different table so I could see the football game on TV better. And my server, Taylor, was absolutely wonderful!
The one thing that was disappointing was the fact that there were no promotions or deals. I mean literally every meal on the menu was full price, zero exceptions. This is surprising because I have never experienced that at an Applebee’s before. I honestly can’t afford to be paying the full price for a meal, so I won’t be able to come back until they start running promotions again. But no complaints except for the no promotions thing.

Tried the o m cheeseburger . Found two hairs in it , had hardly any cheese on the skillet and almost no spicy honey mustard sauce . I see all the reviews being done on this and looks appetizing and then come to this location and seems like no one cares about quality. Won’t be back here

Went here with our family for dinner 2/3/2024 5:30pm. Server was ok. Nothing bad but nothing great. Had to ask for refills when my cup was empty for awhile. My problem came with my dinner. I ordered the whiskey burger. When it came out it was on a cheap bun and not what it’s supposed be on. When I say cheap it was the same as you would get in an 8 pack from Walmart for 2 dollars. See picture. Bottom bun was soaked in grease and flat as a pancake. I asked the server and she said they ran out. We’ll ok fair enough but maybe you should have told me that when I ordered. On the way out I asked for a manager and she was even less helpful saying the same thing as the server and made no effort whatsoever to apologize or correct the situation. I guess we need to ask from now on if the meal I’m ordering will be prepared like the description in the menu. Pretty disappointing.

I really want to like this restaurant, but every time we give it a try we’re left disappointed! I see all these great ads for food and drink, and they make me want to give Applebee’s another chance, which is exactly what happened tonight. I saw all you can eat boneless chicken wings, thought that sounded amazing, but now I’m just disgusted.
1. The highchair given to us was wet and had a completely black bottom, I’m not sure it mould, or just dirty, asked for a different one and they only have 2, the other one was already being used as well.
2. Waitress was very forgetful about drink refills (we had to ask several times for them) and the waitress had to ask several times what our next wing order was. She never removed any of the dirty dishes from the table, so we kept stacking them up.
3. My daughter ordered a kids meal with a side of broccoli, when her order came she had a total of three pieces of broccoli. I questioned the waitress if that was a full side she said yes. I couldn’t believe this, so I spoke with the manager who informed me a child’s side was 2 oz approximately, an adult’s side is 4 oz and they just split it in half. The manager admitted that it’s not actually measured they just “eyeball it”. The broccoli side is advertised on the menu as being, 30 calories which is equivalent to 1 cup. This was upsetting because we did not receive what was advertised. The manager did offer to bring us more broccoli after the fact.

The waitress was amazing and the food was superb. I had the Bourbon chicken and shrimp. It was cooked so perfectly and tasted amazing. Thank you so much and we will be back.
