Decided to order DoorDash from here for the first time and will be my last time. They forgot all the syrups for the pancakes, didn’t give the tres leches pancakes only normal ones. Missing marinara and honey mustard sauce for the sampler appetizer. The gravy for my country fried steak and eggs is missing. I called to let them know we are missing a few things. Told me sorry about that overall and Yeah we don’t have gravy for that, we ran out earlier. (Then dont let us order in on the app, you can say sold out). Will be disputing for the missing items on DoorDash.

This is our favorite I-HOP, with consistently. great food and service. Today was my birthday, so I showed my drivers license to our waiter Jonathan, for a free entree.

If you are ordering to go please check your order before you leave this Ihop. I literally sent it back twice with the server because they kept forgetting items I ordered yet it’s on the receipt. The staff definitely doesn’t pay attention to order notes or they can’t read English well enough. I went there at 6 AM after working overnight and then only had two customers in the restaurant so it wasn’t busy at all. Another customer was dealing with the same issues with his to go order. I wouldn’t go back to deal with that. The food was ok nothing special.

I visited the IHOP in Virginia area, and it was a beautiful experience. First off, we were there as early as 9am, and to my surprise it was packed with so many people. We had to make our reservation and were asked to wait for about 15mins before a table will be ready for us. But I noticed the right side of the restaurant was not in use, don’t know if it because of covid. And in about 15mins, our table was ready, a lasy came out and didnt like the numeber of peowaiting to get tables and she made sure a lot of tables got ready and fixed people in them. We ordered for coffee and hot chocolate, pancakes with sausage, the spicy poblano omelette( even though they are not as spicy as we would have wanted). The server was really nice and cautious, we enjoyed the meal so much.

Best ihop I have been to in a WHILE
We got there with a small 10min wait on a Saturday Morning. ( arrived at 1030am)was seated quickly and was attended to almost immediately.
Our server was very attentive, kind and very friendly. The food was brought to us quickly, & it was GREAT! Fresh, very tasty and pretty looking plates too!
The chiefs are definitely passionate about the food being top notch.
I definitely recommend coming to this location if you are in the Area

luckily lived here for over a decade, but this was our first visit while our nieces had never been to an IHOP before. We drank coffee for breakfast, along with apple and orange juice for the kids. Breakfast items include pancakes, eggs, bacon, sausages, strawberries, and chocolate. Not busy, excellent service, and cost-effective.

Attention 24 hours this is good for go to take breakfast, or lunch or late dinner. , friendly staff, clean place. Peaceful to drink to good coffee and enjoy pancakes and hash browns.
