I called before coming asked if they had gluten-free pancakes. Whom ever answer told me ask after asking man manager. I got here sat down, my order was taken with 5 mins; however just before my food (sirloin tips w/ hash brown and eggs combo) my waitress comes and tell me they don’t have any gluten-free pancakes. To say I’m upset because this is what I came for. The substitute I got was a tiny bowl of cheese grits. We (Celiac/gluten intolerant) already don’t have many options. We pay more for our disease and we’re still being short sighted

This building needs restoration. The ceiling has water leak marks and the air conditioning could not keep up. Other than the entrance where one can feel the cool air, in the restaurant we tried to rush eating to get out in the air sooner. About the food and beverages: tasty food, unfortunately it came with hairs in two of the plates: one was in the fried shrimps and one on the sliced banana topping of the french toast. Also, the beverages were great and the table attendant was very nice and polite.

if i could give this place a zero i would. my friends and i placed a $70 order, and when we picked it up we realized they literally forgot my entire meal. when my friend went in to let someone know, the woman working had a total idgaf attitude towards her. not even doing as much as apologizing for the inconvenience cus we were sitting in a hot car for almost 10 minutes waiting for an order they forgot. then once we got my order and went home, we FINALLY opened up our meals a whopping 20 minutes after we picked up our food. low and behold the eggs were in my meal, that they initially forgot, were made incorrectly. because i guess everyone in america is illiterate and can’t read now a days. then y’all expect a tip when people come to get curbside orders? maybe go back to school and open a book and learn how to read before working a job that requires reading and following basic instruction. and to any of the workers, if y’all don’t care about your job or customer satisfaction then get a new damn job

We went there on a Sunday afternoon around 1.30 pm. It was really busy. We had to wait around 30min for our turn. I would suggest to give them a call to check the wait time. Perhaps you can reserve on call but I am not 100% sure about that. They have on-site parking. The food was really good and so does the services. Right now they are offering happy hours from 2 to 10pm everyday for 6 dollars only which seems to be very good deal. There are separators between every seats. Also the cleaning protocol seems to be very good. I am saying that since I saw the cleaning person to clean a seat in front of me as the guest left. Overall I will highly recommend this place.

Wanted to order the chicken and waffles but the fryer was down no fry products available. Then I ordered Belgian waffle turkey sausage links and hash browns. Waffle was good turkey sausage was rubbery and over cooked. My lady ordered French toast scrambled eggs well done and turkey bacon and that was a disappointment everything except for the French toast that was good. Eggs didn’t come out well done as requested and turkey bacon was so dry and stiff it was like cardboard bacon. IHOP DO BETTER

Food is only average here. IHOP in general has declined since it’s hayday in the…90s? I’d rather eat at home. It was very cold in here. The servers were nice enough. This particular location needs TLC…some upgrades.

This is the worst IHOP I’ve been to. The service was horrible. It took a long time to be acknowledged and seated, even though there were empty seats. The server had body odor and was just unkempt. The restaurant needs a serious cleaning. It definitely was not maintained. The food took approximately twenty minutes and was cold. I will never return.

I eat here often. Nice sized parking lot. Always good service and friendly staff. My only complaint is the atmosphere. The service area is in open view of customers. Not really a good look. It’s like the standing area at a fast food place. Should be redesigned to obscure that area.
