Very poor menu. I could not even order a simple combination of hearty(did not exist) pancakes with hash brown and eggs. I had to order a special mix and match which had two meat options. Paid premium price for basic order.

I truly don’t know how this location has decent reviews. We had an awful experience. We waited 15 minutes after sitting down for the waiter to even say hello. We were ready to go and ordered everything for our party of 8. He was very distracted. It then took 10 minutes to even receive our drinks- and half were missing. We never got those. We waited 45 minutes for food and decided to leave because we had a movie to catch nearby. The manager was less than helpful. We had 6 screaming, hungry children who just wanted pancakes. Absolutely atrocious behavior. Will not be back.

One incredibly rude waitress started screaming to our waitress about how she couldn’t sit us at a specific booth because her regulars were here and more important than we were I’m assuming.
What an amazing way to make new customers feel unwelcome. We ended up leaving.

Our server was friendly and attentive. The pancakes were delicious; fluffy and filled with fresh blueberries. The sausage, egg, and hash browns were prepared perfectly and tasted great. I highly recommend this IHOP.

It was a quiet Tuesday and quite empty. The food was good, atmosphere was ok, but we had to sit and wait often, which was a bit frustrating. But overall, it was nice. When she did come over, our server was very nice.

My husband and I stopped by here around 7:30am on a Sunday and there were only a few other diners at the time. It took a while to get a server to come over to our table. When someone did, he seemed less than pleased to be there, but granted, it was super early on a Sunday morning. The food was really good but the service was very slow considering there were few people in there.

The place was not busy. The food took a while to come out. But when they brought it out, it was delicious. Big portions and it was hot. Place smelled clean. I would go back.

We had lunch today at IHOP at this location in Farmingdale. The service was good and the food was good. The onion rings were really good and the coffee ☕ hit the spot. Parking is available so no issues there. The price is reasonable and the server told us that there is no rush to leave once we’re finished eating. Staff wore mask, the restaurant was fairly busy but not very crowded.

Food was very good. Love the onion rings. The staff was excellent. Went to breakfast early. Wanted a nice simple breakfast and got excellent service as well. I can’t ask for anything else. Food came out at a timely manner. Place is clean. Second IHOP that is good that I have been to.
