When your butter don’t Melt on what was supposed to be hot pancakes. Tells you all you need to know. Not only weren’t they hot, they were falling apart in the middle. We go to Colonia I-Hop all the time, their food is always good. This one in Piscataway is the worst. Our server Gabriel was the only Joy. Coffee ☕️ was watered down. The staff with dirty uniforms, and cold food that supposed to be hot.One dropped condiments all over the floor, instead of throwing them out, they put them back on the table. Did I mention they don’t honor Veterans or Seniors. So Sad!!!!!

The whole place was a mess.
The burger i order, terrible, the pancake seemed like it was reheated, and not only that the strawberries I asked for, on the side were sour !
Guys should really train your staff, and really invest more time into it because this would eventually cause the place to go out of business.

My husband and I ate here Saturday 12/20, and our server, Jason M, was fantastic. He was friendly and very attentive. Jason made sure our drinks were always filled and checked in without being intrusive. Even when the kitchen was busy, he kept us informed and positive. The great service really made our breakfast, and we will absolutely come back.

We got a lovely experience on our breakfast trip here from the guy(forgot his name but he wants to be a pharmacist) to our server which i forgot also the name. Clean tables. Clean restroom. Spacious tables and spacing. High chair seen. Kids changing at restroom available as well.

Last week we had a group of 6. To be fair, my friends kept changing their minds, making modifications etc. We expected a mess up or two, sure, but the waiter kept track on the touchpad so we expected to at least get most of it right. But the waiter had to come back like 5 different times over an hour because he kept forgetting things. Never came back with more waters, never got our coffee, missed sides, etc. On top of that, I ordered my usual meal from other iHops and it didn’t taste so good here. Burnt, or off or something. Everyone else’s foods were fine, except my friend asked for an extra add-on to her pancakes and it wasn’t there. Also, no ketchup or hot sauce on the table.
Maybe just an off-night, but I recommend any other iHop tbh.

The server was horrible never checked back with me and family the entire meal food came out so late that other people who came after us was served. the hole meal in “can we get this and that” no refills just walked by us like we didn’t exist! I tried to complain to a manger but was told that they did have one working today. The food was good though!

If you’re thinking of going here for suhoor, don’t bother. We entered the restaurant and had to wait over 10 minutes to be seated. Mind you, it was 4 am and more than half of the restaurant was empty. We were finally seated and no one ever came to take our order as we waited for over 20 minutes. Meanwhile, a fight broke out between a customer and an employee. We left the restaurant with our time completely wasted.

I couldn’t remember why I don’t go to this restaurant. I was reminded tonight. I ordered T-Bone steak and eggs and the bacon, egg and cheese tacos to go. I ordered the steak medium and it was super well done, dry, tough and flat as a pancake. I guess the steak was dry because they put it on top of the eggs so they were soaked with the juice from the steak. They gave me steak tacos instead of bacon, egg and cheese. And the hash browns that came with the tacos were stale. I didn’t even know hash browns could be stale. Just gross! All of it! They were almost empty and I see why. I wouldn’t eat here for free. Oh the pancakes were decent.
