It’s cold stone so the ice cream is good but the people working here should not be in food service. They were barely paying attention to the ice cream they were preparing never mind us. While one girl was preparing our ice cream, another girl came out and started cleaning the glass above the counter. She sprayed the cleaner down onto the glass right above our food, not only did it get on the food she also sprayed her coworker. It was also 45 minutes before closing so literally didn’t need to happen right then. On top of it all they were so busy making rude jokes at each other, the girl taking out payment accidentally made her rude comment to us. Look, I love cold stone ice cream, but these people cannot be trusted with your food. I will never eat here again.

I’m really disappointed with our experience at the Cold Stone in Tigard. We ordered the Everybody’s and chose Oreo cream with almonds, pecans, marshmallows, and graham cracker crumbs. The staff member who made it was kind enough to give us the extra she prepared, so we thought we were off to a good start.
But when we got home and actually tried it, the nuts tasted rancid — stale, old, and completely off. It ruined the entire thing. We ended up throwing out the whole batch because it was honestly inedible.
We called the store to let them know about the condition of their nuts, hoping they’d offer some kind of replacement or solution. Instead, all we got was a “thanks for the feedback.” No apology, no offer to make it right. Nothing.
For the price we paid, this was such a waste of money. Definitely not coming back.

This place is disgusting. Sure the ice cream is standard cold stone. But the floor, the tables the facility looks like it has not been cleaned in years. We tried to sit outside and it’s apparent those tables have not been wiped down ever. Crust melted ice cream everywhere. This place should be shut down for filthiness. On a positive note the kids serving ice cream were friendly.

July 9, 2022: I decided to come back and give it a other shot, this time they had ice cream! Yay! I decided to go for their promotion ice cream that they have going on with Nintendo. I actually really appreciated the fact they were able to substitute mine for non-dairy ice cream since all three Nintendo flavors had dairy in them. Overall it was not bad. I had the Kirby Strawberry flavor one and I enjoyed it.
June 27, 2022: They ran out of ice cream!! And it’s still in the middle of the day!! It’s a sad day for those who traveled very far. Sure there are other ice cream locations but to run out of ice cream in the middle of the day?!

Incredible service by John, me and my husband love going to this specific coldstone in hopes of him making our ice-cream! always extremely sweet, helpful and efficient. Was helping a line full of people all by himself while still chatting and laughing with all of them. My husband got a chocolate devotion and I got the cheesecake Fantasy, which John had out for us in absolutely no time. Not to mention how delicious they both were! Will definitely be back plenty more times

Terrible customer service. Warned them ahead of a lot of people coming and just got an “ok?” in a very dismissive tone like they did not believe me. Once I got my order taken i was waiting at the register for a while because they started helping the next person before ringing me up and left me with a pile of melted ice cream by the time I paid.

So, this rating is not about the ice cream…it was delicious!
My husband and I each got a cup of ice cream and wanted to sit outside to eat it. For a change, it wasn’t blistering hot out.
There was already a couple sitting at the end of the ONE large table (with multiple chairs), so we chose the other end.
The ONE table was FILTHY! It was loaded with dried-up smears of ice cream and who knows what else. Even the seats of the chairs had spots of dried ice cream on them.
It’s been a while since we’ve been there but if this is how they clean the customers’ eating areas, how do they clean the other areas??
PS-the only reason I gave this 2 stars is because the ice cream was so good!

Very disappointing experience here on 03/26. I haven’t been to a cold stone in quite sometime and left this location upset. The store closes at 10, but the team had already finished with their closing procedures at about 9:40 making it so that we couldn’t have our topping mixed in with the ice cream.
If you’re planning for a late night treat, I recommend avoiding this location because you may not get the full experience.

I recently visited this Cold Stone location and had an experience that left me disappointed. I ordered a scoop of ice cream with Oreo mix-ins, but I wasn’t informed that there were two types—original and golden Oreos. As a customer, I would have appreciated clarification. As someone that’s worked in food for years, if someone were to order a lemonade for example and we just so happen to have original and strawberry on the menu, I would simply mention it to the customer just in case. That’s just a part of taking orders.
Once I noticed the golden Oreos, I politely preface that it would be OK if this isn’t possible, but I wanted golden Oreos instead and I just wasn’t aware that it was an option. The employee seemed annoyed that she would have to throw away the scoop of ice cream and start over. While I understand food waste is a concern, I was taken aback by her attitude, which made me feel as if my request was unreasonable. Not only that, but it just seemed a little illogical; the attitude itself could have easily caused me to walk out. Then they would’ve lost that sale anyways, AND still have to throw away the one scoop of ice cream. One scoop of ice cream isn’t coming out of her paycheck… or maybe it is. I don’t know. ♀️
Clear communication about available options and a more customer-friendly approach would have made this a much better experience. I hope management considers training staff to inform customers of choices upfront to avoid confusion in the future.

Cold Stone is a great place for hand scoop traditional ice cream as someone who’s allergic to soft serve, I appreciate that I can actually eat this type of ice cream from them. This location is conveniently located. However, it’s horribly placed. The shopping center that it’s part of is super heavy traffic and on scholls ferry road. There’s just no really easy way to get out if you’re trying to go West. The service here is always pretty mediocre usually tired out employees that if they had just one more person working would be in such a better mood and so much faster and better service. However, during these hot summer days and even just running time, the ice cream here is great. The selection is excellent and the flavors are tasteful
