Today was an extremely busy Sunday so we had a short wait. Once we were seated the staff were incredibly nice and we didn’t feel rushed at all. I’m assuming it was the manager or something welcoming people in. Very funny and chipper guy and he definitely added to the positive atmosphere. We were there to celebrate my boyfriend’s birthday and our waitress Gianna was absolutely lovely and super friendly. Food was good and came out in a timely manner despite how busy it was.

IHOP is located in Vineland, New Jersey and is one of my favorite places to eat. I love breakfast at IHOP and It has always been so good to order. I ate eggs, bacon, sausage, pancakes, and toast with coffee. The server was so friendly and she also was doing such a great job as busy as she was.i didn’t have to stop her and ask for anything because she made sure anytime my coffee was empty that she would stop and bring me more coffee.I love this IHOP and I will definitely come back to IHOP again. The restaurant was so clean and everyone working was smiling. I also noticed every customer eating was enjoying their food. IHOP has such great breakfast choices, and I have never had a bad dish when I came here to eat. If anyone has a question please ask and I will answer your questions. Thank You and enjoy your meals!

This is a very old building that has not been taken care of by the ownership but let me tell you what the food and the staff are outstanding! We had coffee refills consistently. The food was served piping hot portions were right on point point and The server was training someone else who appeared to enjoy what he was doing. We will definitely be back but I encourage the ownership to do some remodeling

This IHOP undoubtedly offered the best service I’ve ever experienced at any location. Our waitress was incredibly attentive—without being overbearing—and had a great sense of timing. She knew exactly when to check in and made excellent food and drink recommendations. Thanks to her, everything we ordered met our expectations, from the meals to the beverages.

The best part about my experience at IHOP Vineland was dealing with the manager Meridith Stubbs. She may even be the owner or an investor, based on how much I watched her do in our short time there. We are pretty sure she even jumped in the back to cook delicious pancakes when that was needed. To have someone like that working for you is a rare blessing. I hope you appreciate this exceptional human, at this IHOP! I am sure she has never been compensated in the way she deserves.

The food itself was delicious, and we had no issues with the quality of the meals.
However, the overall experience was disappointing. I was told that I could not use my AARP card until 2:00 PM, which was confusing and frustrating. At other restaurants, including other IHOP and Denny’s locations, I’ve never had an issue using the AARP discount at any time.
On top of that, the service was lacking. We wanted more coffee, but no one checked on us. My wife had to get up and look for the server, who was standing off to the side playing with a gadget. The restaurant was not busy at all—there were only about six customers—so the lack of attention was surprising.
There was no clear explanation for the discount restriction, and while the food was very good, the service and policy issues took away from what could have been a much better visit.

Been twice since Christmas because everything was so good. Supreme server team! Joey and Destiny took care of us so, so well on my two occasions. We left both times talking all the way to the car about how nice each server was, first Destiny who we asked for by request the second time because she was so great. She was off but Joey? Made our day again! The staff is up on it, abundantly friendly and the service is both quick and tasty! What I admire the most about servers is when they are authentic and genuinely nice, not putting on a façade. But this server team is the real deal. They even sing happy birthday pretty well too . The food was scrumptious with lots of new choices. We couldn’t choose from the menu because all of it was so good. I ended up with the bacon jam Benedict. Cooked perfectly.

We dine out often and this was the worst meal we’ve had in a long time! The pancakes were undercooked and doughy in the middle. The grilled ham arrived as two little (and I mean little!) triangles on the plate with the edges curled up. I almost laughed out loud when I saw them! The ham side was $3.49! The hash browns and scrambled eggs were pretty good. Our server was attentive and very sweet but only offered an “I’m sorry” when we expressed our displeasure about our meals. We won’t be returning, that’s for sure!
