I was just expecting a regular experience at this Chick-fil-A, me and my friend went inside, ordered our food and began to wait. We both
Received our food… but one thing was missing! Her coke float! We thought nothing of it and waited 10 minutes for the float to arrive. We were starting to lose Hope just when David! David ( the one with the muscles ) I kindly asked if we were still waiting on something and when he caught wind that we were missing our float, he jumped on the task and it was out within two minutes. He so nicely gave us a soft serve ice cream to make everything better. And if that wasn’t good enough, he gave me 2 different versions of the honey mustard I asked for, one for dipping, and one for squeezing onto my sandwich. I MEAN THE DETAILS! Anyways great experience 10/10!!

Best experience I’ve ever had at a chic fil a!! Not sure who the manager was but he had brown hair and was working on 01/12. I kinda had a messed up order (my fault) and he was so amazing, didn’t make me feel like I was causing them any trouble and was so kind.

This was my first time at this location, and unfortunately the experience was terrible. My order was missing cheese. I understand that mistakes happen, but when I showed the cashiers that there was no cheese in the bag, they responded with a very rude attitude. One cashier, however, was very kind and corrected my order. I appreciate her help, but overall the experience was disappointing.

Very disappointed with the Chick-fil-A at Mayfaire, Wilmington, NC (store number 01424) for not honoring veterans with any specials today (11/11/25) when many other local businesses are going out of their way to. Over the past years this store has offered a free sandwich, which I’ve always looked forward to getting. Today i was told they weren’t doing anything to honor veterans. I understand the stores are individually owned, but this is not a good look for Chick-fil-A as a brand.

Have always loved this location but now even more knowing what honest people work there. ZZ, the manager that was working last night went above and beyond when she found my sons wallet and put it in the safe at the restaurant and called me after finding me on Google for my business hoping I was his mom! Wallet and his earnings from his very first first paycheck were all safe and sound. Thank you ZZ

We stopped in for an early lunch after a doctors appointment in the area. Our daughter loved the indoor play area. It was neat and clean.
Ordering on the app couldn’t be any easier. All menu items can be easily found and the customizable options are endless.
Once complete, our order came out within 15 minutes and was prepared perfectly. Definitely stop in at the location! It won’t disappoint!

Visited on a Friday morning for breakfast (around 9:30a) and it was likely the freshest CFA breakfast we’ve had. Every time I’ve ordered the egg white grill at other Chick-fil-As, the English muffin tastes beyond toasted—borderline burned. Not sure what they figured out at this one but the sandwich was perfect and our minis were great too. I typically don’t review large chains but thought this one was worth a shoutout.

What can I say? Chick-fil-A is the gold standard of restaurants—especially when it comes to fast food. Any restaurant hoping to succeed should take notes! I’ve been coming to this location since it opened, and while the food is consistently good, it’s the welcoming atmosphere and genuinely friendly service that keep me coming back time and time again.
