Service, while pleasant, is very slow. Restaurant was mostly empty and yet it took more than 30 minutes to have our food delivered (we dined in).
Coffee was served promptly, but no one checked on us when it run out.
Food was overall good, as expected from IHOP.
If you are in the rush, I’d take into consideration the amount of time it took for order to delivery to the table. But if you are not in the rush – stop by and enjoy.

Ginger was absolutely amazing! From the moment we sat down, she greeted us with such a warm and welcoming attitude. She was attentive without being overbearing, made sure our drinks were always refilled, and checked in at just the right times.
She was knowledgeable about the menu, gave great recommendations, and everything came out exactly how we ordered it. You can tell she genuinely cares about her customers and takes pride in her work.
Great service honestly makes the whole experience better, and Ginger definitely did that. If you’re dining at IHOP, ask for Ginger — you won’t be disappointed!

I had a great experience today! My server Cora was amazing very friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was perfect from start to finish. She checked on us often, got our order right, and had such a positive attitude that made our visit even better. Great customer service like this really stands out. I stopped by IHOP in Irvington around 3 AM, and Ginger made the experience genuinely great. Late-night and overnight shifts can be tough, but she was warm, attentive, and kind from start to finish. My order was taken quickly, everything came out right, and she checked in without being intrusive — exactly what good service should be.
It’s easy for service to slip during off-hours, but Ginger made it feel like prime-time hospitality. If you’re dining late night or early morning, she’s someone you’ll be glad to have taking care of you.

Who doesn’t love breakfast for dinner? IHOP is definitely one of my favorite places to go for that. The cooks are always on point, getting my order right every single time, and everything tastes amazing no matter what I get. You can tell they take pride in what they do, and it really shows in the food. I also have to mention Ginger because she truly stands out. Every time I call in an order, she’s already a step ahead and even knows what I’m going to ask before I say it. She’s always polite, patient, and kind, and it honestly makes the whole experience even better. Great customer service is hard to find these days, and she always makes me feel like I’m appreciated and not just another customer. Thank you to the whole team for the amazing food and for always making my day a little happier when I order from here. You guys are amazing, and I will always recommend this IHOP to anyone looking for good food and great service. ❤️
