I’ve always had a somewhat negative view on successful businesses that don’t improve their business settings. I know this place has been there for years and they can’t improve menu, dine in experience, and handling orders in a timely fashion. All this impacts the way I rate places.
My experience was not good. I was next to order and the lady still took another 10 minutes to take my order. The place was hot, and the lines were getting long and crowded inside.
On the positive side, the raspas are really good.
Too bad they don’t care about their customers to give them a good eating experience.

One of the best snack places in Laredo. Hands down. Order is correct and always great tasting. Super friendly service. Very attentive. I’ve had almost everything on the menu and can’t remember when something is bad quality. Fresas con crema are awesome as well as the Aguas frescas. Shakes are amazing as well as the raspas. Depending on the day of the week service can be slow but understandable due to the short staff and amount of customers. Sad that I can only rate this place 5 stars.
