The brioche bun was super soft and took the whole delicate textural experience to the next level. If you’re looking for crunch and contrast in textures, look elsewhere. This was a well prepared burger. I was surprised that it came wrapped in wax paper which made the bun seem compressed. I like mustard and catsup but in lighter amount than was on my burger. Maybe a dress-it-yourself option in a cardboard sleeve for dine in customers?
