We love Idyllic! The decor is so cute inside, and they switch up photo booth setups/props seasonally. There are so many drink options, and now they have food too! My daughter recently celebrated her 11th birthday here with some friends, and Selina went out of her way to make it perfect: they got out birthday photo props, a special mini-cake for the birthday girl, and they even let the girls each pick out a fidget to take home! They were so patient with the girls as they decided on their orders, and they didn’t even bat an eye at all the giggles and goofiness. I highly recommend stopping in if you haven’t tried Idyllic yet. Great people and delicious drinks and food!

What a lovely gem!! The woman who works there is lovely! The atmosphere is beautiful and definitely Instagram worthy! lol I got 3 different boba drinks and they were all so yummy!! I highly recommend and will be back as a repeat customer until we move to Japan! 10 out of 10 recommend!

Pleasant staff and atmosphere, but I was disappointed in the menu and lack of customization options. Only one size (would have liked a smaller one) and no option to customize sweetness, ice level, or toppings as other “premium” boba shops do. The tapioca texture was too firm imo, and the amount of boba was also a bit stingy for such a tall (and expensive) drink. Good enough to satisfy my boba craving, but not a spot I would visit regularly.

We celebrated my daughter’s 13th birthday at Idyllic and they did a PERFECT job hosting our group. There was a beautiful party area designated just for us. The girls all LOVED it. The staff attended to every detail and made the experience absolutely wonderful, stress-free and we made amazing memories. Would definitely recommend a “Boba Bar” to anyone looking for a fun birthday party. Would also recommend just for a visit because the bubble tea is super fresh, fun, and delicious!

SO PRETTY!! Genuinely probably the cutest downtown business here in Waukesha. The owners are so sweet and this place is going to be PACKED come summer!! I got the vintage caramel creme brûlée and it was SO good. Super sweet which was expected, so I’m excited to try something like the Thai tea next for a little more savory! Really lovely spot.

This is a long overdue review.. My boyfriend and I started going to Idyllic Bubble Tea since the start of Summer 2025 & were obsessed. The owner is super friendly- the drinks are yummy & music is my exact taste! Very clean & Instagram picture worthy!! I love the Chocolatey Choo Choo & my boyfriend loves their Horchata!

Love this place. They have a variety of flavors, including seasonal drinks, at different sweetness levels so there’s definitely something for everyone. The staff have always been friendly, helpful and accommodating. Since its downtown parking isnt always the easiest to find but it’s worth the effort.

Great space and atmosphere. Staff nice and friendly. We did not enjoy the drinks and were disappointed because we were hoping for some good boba/bubble tea drinks near. Ordered the Brown sugar bubble tea and Thai tea. It seems the balance of milk and flavors (brown sugar and Thai tea) were not there. Although the brown sugar one tasted better than the Thai tee but tasted mainly milk afterwards. Thai tea was missing something. It mainly tasted like milk with a very small hint of Thai tea flavor and not even sweet like we are used to. We dumped both drinks once we got home.
