Be prepared to wait a long time on half price sushi days and whatever you order, you can’t take home or else you get charged full price. The hibachi always hits the spot!

Food portions for dinner were huge!! Food flavors were pretty good, not the best I’ve ever had at a hibachi table, but good. Staff went above and beyond as we had a party of over 20 people and they made all sorts of accomodations. Will be back again, as this was our 6th year stopping with our travel team.

The attention to you from the moment you walk through the door is a breath of fresh air. They enquire if you’re here for Hibachi or Sushi as they have different seating areas based on your choice. After seating you within minutes, your server is back to enquire about your food selection. They’ve got quite an extensive menu, but their drinks are also really great. Their Mai Tai in particular is spectacular. I’d say after one, you’re absolutely buzzing !

We tried Ichiro for the first time in May and have already been back 4 times. We have been searching for a good Japanese place with a varied menu and Ichiro fits the bill. The food is fresh, nicely presented and the service is attentive. We prefer to sit in the sushi bar area, but the hibachi is also set up nicely.

Just came for dinner with a couple friends and as soon as we got there they rushed us to order, didn’t let me finish what I was ordering and moved onto the next person. They also started picking up our plates before finishing. I was literally eating and had a waiter reach over my face almost hitting me in the face without even apologizing :/. I will not be coming here again they also gave themselves a tip which I wasn’t going to give because of how rude they were in the first place super sad because the food was pretty good just bad services

What a horrible experience this place used to be good and now its terrible. I understand resturants get packed but in order for them to bring in more business they cram the tables together and make it impossible to get up without bumping into the person behind you. The staff are so overwhelmed that they couldn’t even bothering taking a second after dropping off the food to ask if we need anything and not only was the food dropped off it was slammed onto the table abruptly, so my husband’s food started getting cold because he had no fork. I asked the hostess walking by for a fork and she rudly said can you give me a second thanks? Like sure no problem but you could have said it nicely. Our hibatchi steak and shrimp were drenched in teriyaki, we wanted a table so they could cook in front of us but it was full, if we had been able to see how it was made then it could have been corrected at that time. The food had no flavor other then the food being soaked in the teriyaki sauce that we requested on the side? I had high hopes for the rice because it was in a separate dish but it was soggy and had no flavor what so ever. I’m so disappointed because at one point this place was good, i dont know whats going on but I won’t be coming back. Tried letting them know the food wasn’t good and nobody came to our table to talk to us, we were basically chased out because we had gone to our car for a second to smoke and they came running after us demanding we pay. I have no problem paying but seeing as we took 2 bites and nobody wanted to give us the time of day. They wanted us to pay 50 percent of the bill or not ever come back. I’ll take my loss with pride seeing as the food was total garbage anyway . This is the first time I ever complained at a resturant let alone refused to pay the bill, I find it absolutely ridiculous how horrible the situation played out.
