I have been to this restaurant twice now. Everything I ordered was delicious. The dosas are a great deal. They are very big and come with sambar and sauces. They are not crispy crepes as I have seen in some other Indian restaurants, but maybe more like what I would I think of in a western restaurant (maybe that’s just how they are in Mumbai?). The mango lassi is so tasty. They also have live making of pani puri.

Whole family disappointed.
Our Dosa literally had no flavor and the fillings inside were partially cold as if hey were taken from the fridge and heated. They had cold spots in some veggies. Chutney that were Provided were extremely low quantity… around one teaspoon worth and additional chutney was additional cost. Which is fine I suppose if it were more than a teaspoon…..
But if your going here for flavor, don’t. I will not come back. Family left disappointed and hungry.

This was our first time trying Banjara, and I enjoyed it. We tried a variety of items for take out, the only thing I wasn’t totally satisfied with was the Saag paneer, which was just a bit too finely minced up. It was more like a soup than I prefer, but not bad tasting. Service was great, with all the employees behind the counter being very helpful and friendly. The restaurant was also nice and clean. I’ll definitely come back.

I love this place! We stopped by for lunch and the food was delicious and reasonably priced. They are the real deal: fresh ingredients, awesome staff, beautiful atmosphere, and expertly crafted dishes. You will honestly taste & feel a difference from head-to-toe.

I ordered three butter dosa yesterday. Saw the menu on line, price was $4.99 each. When I went to pick up the order they charged me $7.99 per dosa, when I asked why the price difference, they said oh it was changed almost 2 weeks ago. But they did not update the pricing on line. And, the guy, who I suppose either was the owner or manager was rude. I really wanted to leave without picking up the order, but I did not. Told them that they lost some customers for sure. Will not go there again.

Worst place ever . No value for money . Unprofessional.
Witnessed two incidents here .
One happened with me where i ordered 2plates samosa and was asked to wait for 5minutes .Ended up waiting 25 minutes . On top of that they packed only one plate and said there are two inside it when i asked about the wheight of packet .
Found it later on then i returned the complete order asking for a refund .

I would not give them any star if that was allowed. I WILL NEVER STEP IN THIS PLACE AGAIN
Very mismanaged place. Food takes a long time to be out. You would expect good to be fresh and hot since it takes so long, but it’s opposite .. cold and don’t know how long it was sitting on the counter before being served.
They took our order and kept us waiting only to be informed when we approached them about delay that they don’t have our order and would we like a refund ..!!!! After making us waiting for more than an hour ..
Pathetic attitude of the girl managing orders, lack of communication and no apology for not serving us what we wanted and failing to even tell us about it.. wait of another 30 mins for new order after informing us that it is ready and will be out in 5 mins ..

Large dosas but inconsistent masala. Sambhar tastes have improved. Chaats are quite good as well. The portions are quite reasonable for the price. There are better places, but not for this price and not this close.
