This place was way too hot. I don’t know if the air conditioner broke down, but it was extremely hot. Everyone was dripping with sweat at the table. It was very uncomfortable. We were melting at least 20 minutes before the chef even started to cook our meals and it lasted throughout our experience there, which was more than an hour. The forks are just way too big. They don’t give you enough napkins. We had to ask for a knife, when there were seven in our party and most of them ordered steak ♀️!!! The waitress did the bare minimum and the food was just okay. Food is not prepared evenly, so that your eating rice without anything, then you get vegetables next, and lastly you get your meat. Meal receipt total already includes 20% tip, so beware. We still tipped our chef with cash generously for his efforts to entertain us. Actually, he was probably the best thing tonight. Also, we couldn’t even get a frozen alcoholic beverage because they told us there blender was broken. Bathrooms could use some clean up and care.

Fantastic. We came with a really large party on Christmas Eve. It was packed and everyone working handled it amazingly. So efficient and friendly. The staff did so well handling such a busy shift. A great experience.
We got top shelf Mai tais, they were great and a pitcher of sangria. The bar was full but the bartenders still managed us really well. Super impressive team of workers here

Very popular and busy spot on a Saturday night!! We had about a 20-30 minute wait to get seated, but it was well worth the wait! The service was great, a little slow between table visits, but totally made sense given how busy they were at that time! But overall they were very attentive and did the best they could with the amount of people there!
The food was fantastic!! Solid portions of everything, I personally had the duck appetizer which was phenomenal, and then 3 different sushi rolls, all of which were absolutely fantastic!!
Highly recommend coming in for a meal if you’re in the area! Super cool setup in there with all the decorations and everything, and all of the staff were very friendly and helpful!

We visited Ichigo Ichie in Franklin on a Thursday, with friends, and enjoyed it as much as the one in Montreal although the menus differ. No idea if they are related other than the name and the fact they are Japanese. 🙂 Sushis were appreciated and I realy enjoyed my fried wonton and chicken fried rice. Desserts were great. Recommended!

Wicked good fresh sushi… creative and different types of rolls…. presentation is great. Order the romantic date roll with tons of fresh Basil which is such a good combo of flavors. Also love the sweetheart roll and salmon lovers platter. Pretty atmosphere and great service. Love the lechi Martini.

I usually go in by myself and the staff is super friendly, but this one particular bartender, Jill, was an outstanding bartender. She was personable, knowledgeable, and handled a busy crowd with ease. I’ve been back multiple times just for her service and have never been disappointed. I highly recommend this place, especially if Jill is working.

Amazing food and decent atmosphere – back room definitely leaves something to be desired in comparison to the main dining area. Service was slow and a bit disjointed, but at least friendly. Would probably go again.

Waited almost an hour for 2 meals and they came out barely luke warm, except for my husband’s teriyaki steak which was hot. They offered to make us a new meal, but we didn’t want to wait another hour. We just took the meals to-go for reheating later. They took 1 alcoholic drink off the bill as compensation. Probably won’t be going back. It used to be great here.
