The food was decent enough for me to go back. I would say this might not be my first choice though. I had the Red Curry Ramen and I was a bit disappointed. It was still good, just not really as flavorful as what I was hoping for. I was expecting it to be more spicy, but my spice tolerance is pretty high so maybe next time I would ask them to make it spicier. I tried their Takoyaki (my first time having it) and it was ok. It was a bit too fishy for my taste, but nice and crispy. Their Shrimp Sumai was very good. My table ordered the Beef Donburi, and I would say that was tastier than my Red Curry Ramen. The place has a fancier decor and I’d say it would be a nice little spot to go out on a date.

Overall, the food was tasty enough and cooked right. I got to say, the pictures looks like they give small portions. However, their portions are actually pretty big that most of my table couldn’t finish our food and had to take it to go. I would like to go back and try their other ramen some time in the future.

What a treasure for the LaCrosse area! This lovely Minnetonka restaurant is going to turn some heads toward authentic Japanese Ramen and other signature dishes. I learned that as a chain, it was founded with the goal of bringing authentic ramen culture to areas where it was previously unavailable. And it is authentic and delicious! I wish I had ordered more, but the Niku Soba Ramen was absolutely wonderful and satisfying. Check out the menu before you go, so you can find the perfect meal for you. They offer many choices, and are reasonably priced. The staff was attentive and friendly and the atmosphere clean and comfortable. I went solo and felt so taken care of. Highly recommended!

Came in on a Wednesday night and had such a great experience. We ordered the crab jalepeno for an appetizer and highly recommend it was great, crispy and flavorful! For main entrees we got the spicy miso ramen and crispy chicken ramen (pictured). Both were excellent and the spicy miso broth was amazing! Followed that up with two tar coconut boba teas which were also yummy! All around a great experience and our waitress was awesome

Upon entering the establishment, I was promptly greeted and seated within one minute. I ordered the gyoza as an appetizer, followed by the pork belly ramen and kimchi ramen. All dishes were flavorful. My primary recommendations for improvement would be to achieve a softer noodle texture and a higher broth temperature. The staff demonstrated a sense of urgency, friendliness, and attentiveness. Overall, the experience was positive, and I anticipate a return visit.

The food… yes. So so good. The Ramen was so comforting and filling, and the flavors were bursting with delight. I got the Char Siu (roasted porkbelly) ramen and I added kimchi and ginger. Absolutely delicious. We also ordered the Chicken Karaage. The outside, so crispy and delicious, the inside, moist and tender, perfect. Very hot too, like right off the fryer.

The service is quick, efficient, thoughtful and very polite.

The atmosphere was very clean, relaxing, chill, quiet, with lovely music on in the background.

I lived in Japan for 5 years and have longly anticipated the opening of this restaurant. Be patient. We realize this this place just opened and proper consideration should be given to a new place. We could definitely tell they opened a little too soon. Kitchen seemed a bit backed up when we arrived. It would have been nice to have been greeted on arrival. Took about 15 minutes to be seated and we ordered immediately after having time to view the menu. Overall the ramen is decent. Noodle quality is good but noodle to broth ratio is low. Needs more broth and broth lacked depth of flavor. It needs more time to brew to get that depth. The restaurant needs some 2 tops or a bar to maximize efficiency. Overall restaurant needs some time to develop. We’ll be back in a month to see what changes.

My friend and I very much enjoyed the food. I got the stir fry ramen and she got the traditional ramen in broth. Our taste buds were very happy. 🙂 Definitely a recommend. Forewarning, it looks like it’s still under some construction on one side of the restaurant. It didn’t detract from our experience though.

We tried the chicken stir fry, chicken ramen, gyoza, wontons, and the fried chicken wings. All were delicious! Broth had a lovely and deep flavor. Still working through the kinks of opening but service was great. Didn’t remember to grab photos until we were almost done 🙂

It’s the Saturday with 0 degree so I wanted to have Raman with warm soup. We decided to try this place we have been wanting to try. Street parking was hard but we were lucky to get in the parking garage nearby with the evening free parking!

We were led to a very nice, comfortable seating by the window. Very clean and nice setting. The waiter gave us water and menu right away but it really took a while for them to come and take our orders. They were very friendly, polite and welcoming in general.

We ordered the signature cha shu raman, tan tan raman noodle and Taro Yaki. The food came pretty quickly and the food is generally delicious but tan tan raman you may want to ask for chilly oil if you want to have the spicier version ( tan tan mein should be spicy but they made it not so spicy in their version).

They didn’t have jasmine green tea so I changed my bobba tea to black tea based. Topioca is not tasty unfortunately. Probably left for too long and it’s too soft and powdery which was a little bit disappointing. But i m happy at least there is a raman place in La Crosse now.

Will go back to try other of their items. A lot if choices on their menu so i m still excited to try more. Please, taste your tapioca and maybe make new batch after they are cooked after two hours. My friend was the first time trying and he enjoyed his first bowl of raman here. Thank you!
