we did the AYCE and service was amazing. i wish i had her name but she was incredibly nice and attentive and not in the helicopter mom way. sushi wasn’t stuffed with lots of rice so you can tell they take pride in their food
they have a self service buffet and tteokbokki wasn’t sweet! it had flavor and excellent kick.
i really enjoyed the daktoritang (it’s like a korean chicken curry) seasoned really well…
would def come back 🙂

Decent place for sushi lovers… There are NO cooked sushi available here. They only offer you fried sushi as option to raw meat. Kind of bummer if you are looking to eat sushi with cooked meat.
Fried rice was excellent and we loved it.
The sushi rolls we ordered some of them are not made properly, they fell apart. Was expecting to be aesthetically good. You can see in the pics.

I’m a huge sushi lover and often try different omakase spots, but this place really stands out among AYCE sushi restaurants. You can tell the chefs take genuine pride in their craft. Every piece tastes fresh and thoughtfully made. I truly hope this place thrives and gets the recognition it deserves
The deep-fried rolls aren’t overly battered, just a light, crisp coating. The rice is perfectly portioned (and surprisingly tasty for an AYCE spot!). The fish quality is top-notch. There’s also a Korean food bar at the front, though we didn’t try it because we were too busy enjoying the sushi

Really amazing restaurant and highly recommend. Food, service, and atmosphere were all top notch. We’re sushi connoisseurs and the food here is up there with some of the best we’ve had. Would recommend all the dishes we got: foie gras scallop cold dish, smoked yellowtail cold dish, hirame usuzukuri (flounder cold dish – probably the funkiest/strongest dish of the night but still good), sausage and chicken thigh robata, black cod nigiri, and chutoro nigiri. Special shout out to our lovely waitress, Nini!

We came after a long night. The atmosphere was inviting and aesthetically pleasing. Our server was very friendly and always made sure we’re good. There were a few times I wanted to tell him it’s ok you don’t need to come check on us that frequently but yet again it’s his job so no fault of his. Food was very good. Fresh with so much flavors. You can tell that they focused presentation and taste. The only thing that I’m concern about is that it was too quiet. I just hope there’s more traction there and continue to stay open. We will definitely be back.

New favorite spot for AYCE sushi! Our neighbors recommended this place, and it definitely lived up to the hype. Even though it’s all-you-can-eat, everything was top quality, from the fresh sashimi and creative rolls to the appetizers and buffet selections. The environment is nice and upscale, which made the whole experience even better. Definitely worth coming back!

We visited on a Thursday night and really enjoyed our time there. Everyone was accommodating. The wait wasn’t long at all, and the staff was extremely kind. The food was delicious – I especially loved the sashimi and the caramelized onion with meat. The place was clean, and I love that it’s open late.

Very well rounded restaurant perfect for a date night or a fun night out with friends with great food. The ambience is slightly dark, sophisticated, and elegant. The restaurant is spacious and there is plenty of space to host a large group. We didn’t get to check out the second floor but according to their Google reviews, there are private k pop group themed karaoke rooms up there.
We ordered several things across their menu. And I must say, the presentation and quality of the food is impressive given their price point. It is very obvious they put details in each of their item from plates, garnishes, to carefully cooked ingredients. Some of the stand outs from what we’ve ordered were mushroom (shiitake), sausage, large nigiri (chef’s selection) and beef fried rice. A dedicated restaurant will do a great job cooking the most simple ingredients- ichiBang’s robata can attest to that. I was very impressed with how well they grilled their robata vegetables and even the sausage was very juicy with nice meaty texture with great flavor. Their sushi is very impressionable with nice thick cuts of sushi that taste fresh with no fishy taste at all. Each nigiri was formed carefully and with each little touches and I really enjoyed the generous fish to rice ratio. Now don’t hesitate to order fried rice because it’s hands down the best fried rice I’ve had at an izakaya restaurant! The amount of beef in the rice was the most amount of meat I’ve seen in any fried rice. The vegetables were perfectly done with some nice chew and rice was perfectly seasoned with a hint of butter.. the perfect combo to a perfect fried rice.
Everything else was good as well and there was no single dish that we regret ordering. If I were to nitpick, I wish the foie gras in scallop with foie gras and truffle had more flavor. But the scallop was impressive as it had no fishy taste at all- even my husband who doesn’t like scallop because of the oceany taste was willing to try and didn’t hate it!
Overall I would highly recommend IchiBang to anyone who is looking for a Japanese restaurant that does both sushi and Izakaya very well. It’s such a bonus that they have a decent sized Japanese flared cocktail menu and karaoke. I plan on returning with friends to try the karaoke. The service was great and the server did an excellent job speaking both Korean and English to my multi lingual family.

My boyfriend and I recently moved to the area and wanted to just get out and enjoy the evening, we found this place on a Sunday, went there and got a lovely free hour of karaoke and got some drinks and enjoyed a cute date night together. 10 out of 10 will defiantly go back again even if we go on a day that we pay for karaoke it was totally worth the experience. Staff was friendly and helpful and amazing! Atmosphere was so chill yet fun and epic!
