I got take out from here on a Sunday night. I’m feeling pretty mixed about what I got. I got a salmon maki roll, the Spicy Spider roll, shrimp fried rice, crab rangoons, and a side order of steak (4 oz). The sushi rolls were both okay and I’d probably choose another place for sushi in the future. I could see myself trying different rolls if I were to go back. The shrimp fried rice was good with a good amount of shrimp, but I could have used a little more flavor with it. The crab rangoons and the steak were both so yummy! If I were to go back I’d probably get one or both of them. The crab rangoons were crunchy and creamy. The steak was good really well and so soft. Ordering food online was really easy as was the pick up process. They have a window right at the front when you walk in where you can pick up your order. Parking is also super easy with a good sized lot.

Ordered take out from here and it was a large order. Everything was correct and made how we asked. They were super friendly and priced fairly well. The food was delicious and packaged securely for transport. Fantastic experience.

Very dirty inside and rundown looking. But I had heard good things. Sat down and placed our drink order and food order absolutely no service other than that I had to get up and walk to find an employee to get more napkins and more sauce and to get refills for my drink. I had ordered hibachi off the kids menu, and my boyfriend ordered a regular hibachi and they were the exact same portions. I would not recommend going here. It is on the cheaper side, but the quality is very low.

Ichiban Japanese Cuisine in Nashville nailed it! My takeout order of hibachi NY steak and scallops was perfectly cooked and full of flavor. The shrimp tempura was crispy and light—no sogginess here. And to top it off, they surprised me with a free ice cream. Great food, fast service, and a little extra kindness. Definitely ordering again.

We passed this restaurant many times but never had a chance to go there… we made it at last.
Nice resturant! Great customer service. Due to weather, less people there. But they do have online ordering.

Employees were not very friendly, the place was empty & they seemed as if they were very busy.
We ordered the special which comes with the choice of 2 rolls from their special. Sushi rolls weren’t very good & the has a very dry texture. The Wasabi was also dry & the salad wasn’t anything special.
My friends rice & chicken dish was very plain & didn’t have any vegetables.
I wouldn’t stop there again nor would I recommend it.

Had the scallop lunch special and a tuna roll, service was quick and staff was nice!

Great restaurant. Ichiban has come in clutch so many times. Very convenient place to get quality Japanese food! Great service. They give you a good amount of food with the meals as well. Hibachi Chicken and teriyaki Chicken bento box are both great choices.
