Everyone’s taste buds are different. In my personal opinion, I am giving 3 stars on food. Although, every thing was fresh, hot, and cooked to order, the taste of the sesame chicken, teriyaki chicken, and the noodles is off/different. The sweet and sour chicken was pretty good, green beans were good, and the house soup was good.
It really depends on what your order that determines a good experience or not. I’m sure there are other things that taste good, but from what I tried I wasn’t a huge fan of what I mentioned.
The customer service was excellent though!

Never again. The noodles were the most disgusting think I have ever put in my mouth. They were so mushy like I was eating some type of slop that had been set up for days.

We dont go here often, because it would take ao long to get your food, but this time was different! It came out quickly & hot. I dont feel like I got $17 worth of food, but my kids definitely did for $10. It’s 25 cents for sauces, and you can get all rice instead of half beans, half rice.

Smelled so strong of incense you could not breathe in there like they was pumping it out the vents. You should walk in and smell food but you couldn’t smell anything but the incense and there was a little Hispanic boy all behind the counter touching stuff, eating and standing on the counter. Only plus was the staff was super friendly while dealing with the chaos of a kid being back there.

The food is always great! However, every time I eat here, whether dine in or take out, the employees are always very rude. They always seem as if the guest is an inconvenience. Unfortunately, it doesn’t matter how good your food is, people don’t want to eat in a hostile environment. I hope they can improve! (They have been like this for years, front of house service is not an apparent priority)

When I used to go to ichibans the food was always really good even my kids loved it. Today I ordered deep fried seasame hibachi special and I feel like the entire plate was noodles, the seasame chicken was ok, but the taste wasn’t there. My husband got the large combo fried rice and all the meat was extremely dry. It wasn’t like it used to be. Probably wont be coming back and we have been long time customers.

We went to Sand Mountain for a concert. We decided to give this place a try and we were pleasantly surprised of the quality of food and service. The manager came out every 15 minutes to ask the patrons if everything was good. I had the Singapore spicy chicken hibachi and my with ordered the teriyaki chicken hibachi. They were great quality and inexpensive. My wife loved the noodles too.

Bland. Big chunks of dry chicken breast. If they were smaller chunks they would get more of the sauce flavor but their sauce is bland. The color was vibrant but flavorless. The green bean were good and the rice was decent.

I ordered the only “spicy” meal on the menu, Singapore chicken. I added 1 1/2 containers of hot chili oil and it still wasn’t spicy.
The chicken was dry and overcooked and felt like it came from a premade bag. The rice was undercooked and felt similar to an Uncle Ben’s bag. The noodles were overcooked and squishy.
Environment
The environment is poor and patched together. The table literally had graffiti all over it with a couple’s initials and obscene drawings on it. The decorations are held together by zip ties that you can visibly see in one of my attached photos. There were also boxes everywhere of ordered supplies.
I am Chinese and have tried many ethnic Asian and Japanese places and this is the worst place I’ve been to. The quality of food and environment are poor. Don’t come here, it’s not worth it.
