THIS PLACE IS AMAZING. It’s great all around. I’ve gotten shrimp, chicken, steak, salmon etc. and I’ve got to say they’re all good. The teriyaki sauce is properly thick and flavorful. The fried rice is perfect and I love the broccoli and carrots. The yum yum sauce is what you’d expect it to be. I honestly believe the bad reviews for here have the wrong place. It’s always hot, flavorful, and perfect!

This little hole in the wall restaurant really surprised me with its quality of food. We got the teriyaki chicken with fried rice and veggies. The rice wasn’t clumpy or greasy, the teriyaki sauce didnt seem watered down like some places. The white meat chicken was a little dry but not bad and let’s face it that’s easy to do. The dark meat chicken was great though. The veggies tasted like actual fresh veggies, definitely didn’t seem frozen or canned. We were there for lunch and the portion was generous. It was a Styrofoam plate completely full. Obviously as a hole in the wall you aren’t going for the ambiance but it was at least clean. If the food is good and the place is clean I’m fat and happy .

It wasn’t good or bad. It was my first time there and my last time there. So many choices in town that are better flavors. It is kind of a catch all. We ordered two of the same meals but they came with different meat per plate. Very odd. I think they’re the college delivery place so that’s the only valid reason to get it.

This place is a hidden gem in the local area of Wilmington NC. Steve has always been very welcoming and provide a great atmosphere. I suggest the dark meat teriyaki or the general tso. My family appreciates your business and will be back. This place is way better than Golden Dragon, Teriyaki plate, and hibachi to go.
