Anderson was a great waiter! We ate here like 10 times during our week here and always loved it! The vegetable wrap was a highlight! The breakfast buffet is great. It’s shaded and the coffee is great. The staff is attentive and lovely. The bar is speedy. Great views!

Food is not good. “Chefs” should train in the USA, as they do not appear to know how to make a breakfast at all. For instance, omelets are made without griddling the vegetables first, the bacon is not fully cooked, nor are the potatoes. In general, all the food is wayyyyy underprepared. Do better! Its a beautiful place and the service is good..

Been here for breakfast and dinner.
Its a little too crouded and loud for us. The dinner was okay, ordered a medium T-Bone steak which turned out to be more rare than medium. The dessert was good.
The breakfast was definitivly too crouded and not as much variety as other restaurants at the resort.
The ambiente is a bit loveless and pale compared to others.

We had breakfast at Helios every morning of our stay. Staff is very attentive and polite, food is good with a wide variety of choices. Hats off specifically to Wendy and Anito! Wonderful atmosphere as they provided relaxing music most mornings and how could you not enjoy this view?

We ordered vegetable wrap with hummus and the waiter gave us fish and fries even when we strictly said no meat, seafood or eggs and mentioned these as allergies. The allegry card means nothing to them. No waiter understands english. They just give you what they understand. The waiter’s name was like Anderson. Gave him tip as well but still didn’t come to make sure if we are good or not. We had to ask other waiters to call him.When we asked he said hummus is fish.

Perfection! We had breakfast at Helios everyday during our stay in TRS. Excellent food, huge variety, fresh and hot food. You can sit indoors with AC or outside by the beach. Their service were always impeccable, friendly and on point. The bar by the beach and at the entrance serve drinks during the day. We had such an amazing time in there!
