I have always had a good experience here, I noticed some reviewers say they haven’t but I have. I usually get the fresh-made food on the Hibachi Grill and it is really good, I haven’t been disappointed by the Buffet either yet.

This place used to have great food and good service; however, I went there today and had the worst restaurant experience I have ever had here in Radford/NRV. The food was absolutely terrible and the service was even worse. Overall the staff was straight up rude, couldn’t provide us with actual silverware, instead gave us the cheapist plastic silverware money can buy. They obviously do not care for anyone’s business and believe in possible child labor/ family member who is too busy eating to bring a refill of water, that you asked for. My advice would be to avoid like the plague, unless you are into terrible experiences.

Went there tonight..5:30 no one else in restaurant. Asked seater if food was fresh and she said it was.Deliberately asked because I was afraid because it was a very stormy day that everything on buffett was probably left over from earlier lunch. And as we looked at it obviously it was…pans with just a little bit of something left in it no food descriptions on buffett. Guy from kitchen brought out a small dish of fresh rice while we were looking at buffet..that was the only thing that was brought out during 35 mins. Basically we had no choice but to eat, since we had to be elsewhere soon after. Worst meal I have had in Radford. Didnt even try sushi as there was only 5 pieces in 3 trays. And the raw meat was slimy looking. Health department has rule as to the amount of time something can be held over heat or over ice. Everything was totally past that time..

Order food from here all the time. The communication with the staff can be hit or miss. The food is above average for the area. Teriyaki sticks are awesome from here. However if you go to the buffet they can be iffy on restocking fresh food.

Stayed here for 30 minutes during a non rush lunch food was stale an tough at 12 and every 15 minutes the waitress would drop a ticket i guess to rush me i do not recomend
