Just moved the neighborhood and decided to try this place. Ordered a pizza with 2 toppings. When I went in to get it, it was pure chaos. Line out the door only one person at the counter actually working. There were 2 pulling pizzas one just running back and forth and two on the same phone talking. The takeout orders were piled to the ceiling that you literally could not fit another order. I was told 20 mins. Arrived on time and then waited in line for another 20. People were disgruntled, another customer was yelling. When it was finally my turn he had to look 4 separate times for my order and checked the computer twice. In between checking he would proceed to try to help others even though I was next. Not good. When he finally found “my” order, I just took it to get out as that many people should not have been in that space. When I got home, it was not the right order and paid for toppings I did not receive. I wasn’t going back at that point and tried to call several times but no one answered. Not to mention, the pizza was cold since I had to wait so long to even get it. When I finally got in touch with the manager, who said his name was Jose, who knows for sure, two days later he was not kind. He said he would give me a new pizza. I said I wanted a refund for the toppings I didn’t get and would get the pizza another day. He responded with I ate it so I am not getting both. He then proceeded to say that there are plenty of other pizza places in massapequa. That’s how you treat your customers? You were 1000% wrong. And from recent reviews, I wish I looked at them first because I would never have gone here.

I ordered a lunch special. Which I’ve had since the transition of the new owners and have dined in. But when I tried to take out, the man behind the counter said that the hero in the lunch special was a half… that has never been the case. I’ve been ordering it for over 10 years and now with the new owners and a price increase and mind you…that is not what it says on the menu, he just said it was a half! And quite honestly the sauce tasted like it out of a jar. I will never go back. The pizza taste likes it made with fake cheese too. It’s just bad food and bad service

I order a baked lasagna dinner it was all sauce some cheese no lasagna the slice was what I would give to a two year old
The Rice Ball Gross Rice was hard no sauce no cheese dry, small amount of meat and peas could only eat that the rest was inedible I ordered a broccoli spinach Stromboli. Not what I got what they gave me is Sqaure The Pizza not Italian at all Grostinis you need to close You are a disgrace to the original!!

Crostini has a very large selection of gluten free (GF) food, but unfortunately nothing that I asked for. I suggest if there is something you really want call ahead to see if they have it For example, on the menu they offered GF eggplant parmesan but they didn’t have it. They didn’t have GF calamari but they had non GF calamari. They didn’t have GF zucchini sticks. These 4 items are Italian staples so how come they aren’t offered gluten free?
The portions were very big except for my order of GF shrimp. I had the smallest portion of everyone at the table. See pics.
The sauce tastes like it is right out of a can.
I hear the GF pizza is very good.
I did not get sick from the meal which is why I gave 4 stars. Also, the new busboys tried really hard and smiled quite a bit.
