The price was affordable with a lot of food. Server that greeted me at the door was friendly and attentive. She sat me at a comfortable table. She also took my order after a few minutes since the person that was supposed to take my order had not stopped by to check on me.
Got what I ordered in a timely manner. Also, fried oreo dessert, need I say more?? 🙂 You get them for free when leaving a review!

We tried the fantasy and paradise rolls. The fantasy had an awful texture IMO. Taste was similar for both rolls. We also got the tempura shrimp avocado and the spicy salmon avocado rolls from the $9 menu. Neither were great but the spicy tuna was truly gross, the texture and taste were unbearable.
The edamame and cream cheese wanton appetizers were both great!

Love sushi, tried many places around the valley and I can say this place is the bomb! Staff super friendly and welcoming. Atmosphere is cozy and I love the octopus lights!! That’s what I call them anyway. The rolls are incredible! Taste fresh and delicious. I love it. If you love sushi, give them a go. You won’t be disappointed

My husband and I absolutely love Ichiban Sushi — it’s become one of our go-to spots for dinner dates. Every time we come in, the staff is welcoming and the service is quick and friendly. The vibe is relaxed, which makes it perfect for an easy date night or a casual dinner when we’re craving sushi. The rolls are always flavorful and satisfying, and there’s a great variety to choose from. We’ve tried several different ones and honestly haven’t been disappointed. The prices are also really reasonable for the quality you get, which we appreciate. Check them out.

This place was amazing! I ordered the TNT roll it was one of the best sushi rolls I’ve ever had. What put it over the top is how it’s served. They light the tray on fire to warm it up a little. Next I got the combination lo mein. All the proteins perfectly cooked the dish is well seasoned and as I am a spice head they totally rocked the request to make it spicy. My server was so friendly and knowledgeable it was very appreciated. Overall if you don’t give this place a try you are really missing out!

We love it here! Weekly regulars, great atmosphere, always clean, food is fantastic. Ferryn our server is always warm and welcoming. The owner Linda takes such great care of us each visit! Very accommodating and personable with the little ones.

My new favorite sushi spot in the midvale/sandy area! The burning not only has an incredible presentation it had amazing flavor and is now my new favorite roll. My usual is the sunset and the mars but my husband and I both love to pair hot sake with the firecracker sushi! Diana was the best server we have had so far here and took great care of us. Highly reccomend!

It was an okay experience. We looked up Korean BBQ and this place was on the list, when we went in we were informed that they don’t do that anymore.
Our food came out fairly quickly, and it was alright, nothing to write home about.
We also rarely saw our server, and it was a little confusing because we had two different people taking our orders, and they didn’t seem to be communicating with each other.

The gorgeous interior is matched very nicely by the delicious sushi. They accommodated our modifications and the service was very prompt. We were especially impressed by the incredible fried sushi. We really liked the “Burning”. Definitely going to be our new lunch spot in Sandy!
